Big Attaboy for CVR. Fellow came to my home when my car with log splitter attached wouldn’t start.
Helped me jump start my car, then took the splitter back, saving me a trip! Also took care of refilling the gas tank, saving me money.

They DON'T give you the correct information over the phone. They DON'T have straps to tie down their equipment on the trailer. They aren't helpful at all.

We rented a tow auger to dig four deck footings from the Charlottesville location and it was awful. When we first turned it on it seized up as soon as it hit top soil. We had to adjust the throttle linkage just to get it to dig through that. After the top soil, it was basically useless. The tooth came off of the bit constantly, so with every attempt to use it we would have to search through the dirt to find the tooth. We were able to dig maybe 12in down with the auger in two

I called this morning to see if they had a rear tine tiller available. They did and put it on hold for me until I could get in to get it. When I got there, it was ready, running, fueled and ready to go. After a very thorough course of instruction on it, I brought it out, and put it to work. It worked fine and I was done way ahead of my planned time. Took it back and got some money back. Great service and customer relations. Thanks
