We had a wonderful experience with City National navigating the difficult and complex world of mortgages. Not only did they have the best rates in the region, but their staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and provide prompt responses.We worked with Tabitha Troxell - she was a fantastic representative and answered every and any question I sent her way! I 100% recommend this local bank to anyone looking for mortgage!

Had a large check to cash To make payment on materials before end of day Megan from the Waynesboro branch sent me to this location and I’ve got to say these folks were very nice everybody in the bank was very Helpful and accommodating it’s nice to encounter nice people with a great smile you guys are awesome Thanks everyone

I’ve never been to a bank with such rude customer service. Not only was the woman rude to me, but also very rude to my mom. I work in customer service and I would NEVER talk down to someone like she did. Horrible.
