Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve had an account with City National Bank for over 4 years and have never been satisfied with their services. It took over a week, being left on hold numerous times, 6 different people, and 4 different locations to open a simple savings account. Each person I talked to suggested they’d give a call back ... I never received one call back. I had to call each time, once three times, for someone to pick up the phone. Each time I talked to someone completely different and had to start the process all over again. I am by no means a bank teller, but how challenging can it possibly be to add an account to an already existing customer? After threatening to leave and cancel all of my accounts, I then had an opened savings account in less than 24 hours ... big shocker. #1 in customer satisfaction? More like #1 at making everyone run in circles. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
