DONT GO TO BOOST MOBILE FOR ANYTHING. Even when they’re at fault, they can’t fix or won’t fix their mistake & expect you to “understand” your losing out on your money.

The girl working who was the gm for the area went above and beyond her job!!! She got my son and I new phones for a great price and even got me back into my old email!!!! That woman is an absolute phone genius!!!!!? First you need to give her a substantial raise

I like boost mobile but I came to the one in staunton across from Walmart the sign says they open at 10:00 here it is almost 11:00 and they still aren't open.

Always a GREAT experience. Been with Boost for years and the only unpleasant experience has been lately...but NOT by Boost. Do not appreciate T-Mobil somehow retrieved Boost Mobil customers info and texting TOTALLY FALSE info out to customers leading them to believe they need to change their service to T-Mobile. SHAME..SHAME ON T-MOBILE USING THESE NASTY TACTICS JUST TO GET MORE CUSTOMERS.

Was the worse experience I've ever had with them seriously has me ready to switch I went in to get another phone because my charging port wasn't working normally the people that use to work there would attempt to see if they could fix it nope not these guys they said I had to get a whole new phone without even looking at my other one then tried to tell me they couldn't sell me a phone unless I paid my phone bill which wasn't due for another week and automatic comes out of my account so that already had me like what's really going on then they gave me the worse phone they ha said there weren't anymore phones there almost 200 and was just rude and awful never again will I go to that store

Costumer service is terrible. Every time we go in even to pay a bill, there's some sort of problem. Went in last night for costumer service because we needed HELP, and the lady in there refused to help us and was very rude toward us. The other lady with her tried to explain her what we needed help with, and she still "didn't understand". Went to the other boost mobile in town and they helped us right away and were super super helpful! Now we know she was lying about not being able to help. This has happened multiple times now with the same women. This will be reported!!!!
