Highly professional, genuinely kind, spontaneous and extremely effective team of beautiful individuals. My husband’s and my favorite, trustworthy Bank here and brother. The great ability for fast resolving any issues, especially with fraudulent activities, that I experienced in many occasions. Huge kudos to my earthly angels: Mary Holder, Leighanne J. Reed, and V.P. Branch Leader ll, Scott Hutchinson!?❤️????????

Such a bummer this bank only has a few ratings, BEST bankers in town especially Karen, she got it done quick, these employees deserve a raise.

Try to cash a check in this bank and the people working in there will look at you like you are a criminal. They tried everything to make me go to my bank and deposit the check (one of the teller told me to hurry up and go there before my institute close). Their eviews are bad as their service.

The local bank employees are great, but the company as a whole is horrible. They falsely advertise "no overdraft fees," but do not even offer a credit card that a potential overdraft fee can automatically go on (like Wells Fargo and many other banks offer). They expect you to keep a separate savings account with them (that has a minimum balance) so they can use those funds instead. They hold checks written for large amounts of money for unnecessary periods of time (e.g., seven business day hold for an almost $50,000 check from a reputable bank in VA) so they can collect interest on the money before you can even pull it out. What's even worse is that I was a customer at SunTrust for a total of almost 20 years and stayed with them during the merge (despite all the "hiccups" with the merge). I never complained about any of their issues until recently and they were of no help. I had business accounts that I was going to transfer to Truist and now they will not be getting my business. I'm pulling my personal account too. There are too many other good banks out there. Again, the employees in the bank near me are kind and try to help. Sadly, their hands are tied because of Truist's horrible policies when it comes to their long-standing customers.

Truist— with $18,000 in a checking account, Truist unilaterally decided to close my debit card when they suspected fraud, perhaps? (No! Actually given me)–Without contacting me and without notice, Leaving me with no debit card or access to my money Since I was told they mailed me a new card which would get here in possibly 10 days and then would take two days to activate. And of course it’s the weekend, and they are not open. Meanwhile anything that I’ve ordered is being canceled and bills that normally are paid online, are not able to be paid since I don’t have a debit card which I normally have used for everything over the years! What kind of service is this?? How dare you Inconvenience me with no warning and for no reason!!! Beware!

They literally killed me! The absolute worst banking experience and company. Do not trust them. I have been attempting to close out my mother's accounts since last June. They did not close out everything, went after my personal bank account, and then when I closed out my mother's (again!!!) they marked me deceased as well. I couldn't use my bank card. They then slammed me with overage charges for the several months my mother's account was still erroneously kept open. They then said they would correct everything and refund the charges and never did. Leave them as soon as possible and make sure your accounts are actually closed out. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Went to this drive through because after all this time, they are the only one that can accept a suntrust deposit. At 5:22 the drive through was closed.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Teller was incredibly rude and condescending. Unfortunately, it is well-known in this area that the staff at this branch is unreliable and incredibly unfriendly. Will definitely consider taking my personal and business banking needs elsewhere.

Since merging with Suntrust, drive through lines are ridiculously slow. every time. Sat for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me, when it moved, waited another 7 minutes before anyone even came to the window, a blonde "suntrust" teller took my deposit and I sat for another 9 minutes watching her on her phone, talking to a co-worker, eating. Another "BB&T" teller finally processed my deposit and gave it back to the blonde Suntrust teller, who explained to me that the Suntrust tellers were not trained to deposit BBT customers yet. WHAT? After 6 months? So only one BBT teller was working the drive up and lobby while the Suntrust teller sat on her phone while customers are waiting 1/2 an hour in line. not cool. thinking about leaving.
