I was visiting the area and called because one of my girls was sick, they got her in right away. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was friendly. A day later she's feeling better thanks to Augusta Valley Animal Hospital.

I actually love this place. All the vets are so good with my dog. They explain everything and it's a joy to visit them. They make having a sick dog less bad.

what an awesome vet to take your pets to so caring only found out our dog has cancer and then she passed away at home before we had to make that choice for her need a vet go check them out they're great with your pet

We have been going to AVAH for almost 8 years and absolutely love them! Staff is well trained but more importantly they are kind, considerate and attentive. Our dogs are always in good hands!

My 10 year old of Golden Retriever was extremely sick last week. The staff at Westwood was outstanding. They took their time in evaluating him and explaining their diagnosis. They kept him overnight to ensure he was being treated correctly. They also took time out of their busy schedules to call and update me on his condition. He's back to normal and I can't thank the staff enough. I've taken my animals to them since 1980 and never considered going anywhere else. You're the best!! Thank you

I highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Don Cromer is amazing at what he does and to have Dr. Plaugher following in his foot steps just makes it better. The staff is always so helpful and nice to talk to. I highly suggest them to everyone!

The entire staff at Westwood have always been so compassionate and willing to go out of their way to take the best of care of our animals. We had a bunny issue and Paige a vet tech could not have been any more knowledgable or understanding! She answered all of my questions and spent an incredible amount of time explaining "Bunny 101" with me and showed genuine concern and was so gentle with our little cinnamon. Could not have been more pleased! The staff remains so pleasant and always makes me part of one big family! ��
