First doctor I went to where they actually listened and cared. Justine sat with me and went over every symptom I had , . prescribed me medicine immediately, such a great place. Happy I finally found a great doctors office that cares about their patients and actuallywant to help.

Dr. SUYES was my last provider, what a wast of time. Today I saw my new provider (Justine Paladino) she is amazing. I thought I was going in for just a medication refill. However, she gave me a full exam and the front desk clerks and nurses were so polite. I appreciate my services, God Bless?

Terrible office staff; rude and disrespectful

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I've been going there since 2019. I was there 2 weeks ago (6/29). The incredibly rude office worker (Kelly) said they don't take new patients. She hung up on me. I called back immediately and was told that Kelly was with a customer. So, in the 15 seconds since she hung up on me, she is with someone else? Ok, liar! Bev/Beth transferred me to "the office manager." Turns out Kelly Johnson (a different Kelly) is the office manager at another place but didn't tell me she was the office manager at another office til over 2 minutes of conversation. They don't even deserve the one star I had to give to give this review. If you like being lied to and mistreated, this is the place for you. If you don't like being lied to or yelled at, you are better off literally anywhere else.

I have been having issues for a while now. I hate going to drs. I hardly ever do. But I have been feeling off now since February. I have had blood tests. Scans. According to those tests I am “fine.” If that’s the case why do I keep getting worse. My symptoms. I feel terrible. And now I have a lump in my neck. Dr. David Suyes said because it hurt when he pressed on it, that it is a good thing and not malignant. He acted like I was annoying him with my being there. I will NEVER go back to this office. If you want a pro active doctor - THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

I’ve never understood why people with attitude & low initiative seem to always have Customer Service jobs. The secretary wasn't pleasant.

The Doctors and Practicioners are great, unfortunately I had a huge issue dealing with the lack of communication and hostility when attempting to handle something that should have been done a while ago.

Nurse practitioner was very friendly. Other nurse was not friendly at all. They could not do the blood work that I needed because it was "too advanced". Pointless appointment that solved nothing, other than telling me they couldn't do blood work. Still got billed over $100 though. It's been 6 months and now they won't stop calling and texting me to make another appointment. Don't recommend.

I have been going to this practice for a few years now and the NP’s that I have seen have been wonderful. The one BIG problem I have with the practice is communication and scheduling. While dealing with a rather large medical problem recently, I both sent a message to my doctor thru the online portal with no reply, and then called the office to schedule an urgent appointment for the same day or following day (or be called if someone cancelled - I even offered to see any provider available), yet I was told that the next available would be over 7 days away and to seek care at an urgent care (which I had already done a few weeks earlier with no results). This is simply not acceptable! Especially when you have chronic health issues and cannot get in touch with your provider. The front desk could have offered compassion even if an appointment was not available, but the last thing a person in pain wants is someone speaking rudely to them and acting as if their issues do not matter.I hate to transfer because I do like the care offered by the NP, but I cannot put my trust in a practice that does not follow thru and makes you feel like your problems are unwarranted. It really is a shame!

I really like my nurse practitioner and I did believe the receptionist are great. The only problem I have is that I can never get an appointment when needed. I've been referred to the walk-in clinics every time I need to see the doctor. The copay is much higher and I would feel more comfortable seeing my own doctor. This has gone on for years.

I recommend finding a doctor NOT associated with Augusta Health. Unless you want to pay to get partial medical care for Full Price. I put it this way because Augusta Health has tied the hands of their physicians by implicating a bunch of restrictions on things your doctor SHOULD be able to use their judgement and education to decide. Policy makers, who did not earn a doctorate, have implicated CDC guidelines in a way that is harmful to patients, especially those who depend on pain managing medications for any quality of life. Pitsilos is NOT an advocate for her patients in pain, and I hope to save others from what I had to experience here.

Augusta Health Staunton Medical Associates is fine as far as I can tell. Dr. Pitsilos is great. Susan Becker is great. It's a doctors office not a medical lab. As a doctor office, now owned by the monopoly of Augusta Health, there's some things they are restricted in doing. The people working there can't help that. I think they're helpful and interested in helping.

DO NOT go here!!! Terrible service and most unprofessional place I have been to. Wouldn't do lab for Diabetic patient who needed it for his Endicronologist appointment and instead said he had to make an appointment even though there was standing order to do lab work since he was diabetic. Going after that almighty $$$$$
