purchased a alternator from Augusta equipment paid 700 and some dollars for the alternator could have bought an aftermarket For 275 alternator went bad within one day returned the alternator would not replace or refund money said it could be up to 30 days 45 days in order to get refund or replacement originally took Skid loader in to have diagnosed replaced a blown fuse never fixed the Skid loader and charge me $550 I would never buy another skid loader or equipment from this dealership again what would you do if you never had the money to buy the part again for people that can’t afford to pay for two parts this is a poor policy and management needs to fix this problem yes I can’t afford to pay for another alternator but there are people who cannot it is hard enough times for people right now less more having to pay for additional parts that have already been purchased brand new and they will not replace or refund for policy poor customer service all the way around

This is the best place to purchase Hustler mowers or any tractor equipment (large or small) and I recommend them when you are I'm need of tractor sales, service, parts for any brand. They have the knowledge, skill, and friendly staff has always btteen there for me, and they will be there for you if you are in need of tractor service. You will be impressed and satisfied with their customer service... They had the parts I needed in stocks, they knew what I needed and I was in and out in a few minutes and I highly recommend them to anyone .Thanks again for the kind service and help over the years... Beware - my tractor has been sitting there since 4/29/2022, today is 6/1/2022 and I called today for an update, they haven't touched it. I will follow up with another review, but I'd look for another place for tractor service.

Absolutely the best dealership I have ever dealt with, extremely knowlegeable and helpful, esp. parts dept Adam and Randy are great. This is coming from a customer that has had 49 years of equipment experience with blue and green tractors. Their service dept is also outstanding, service personnel call me after service calls to check to make sure all OK and still call again after several weeks to check again, unheard of customer service in todays business climate. Continue to be very good at working on the old blue which I have 5 4000, 5000, 5610 , 6610 6700, REALLY take good care of me, great service , great parts , all personnel with very positive attitudes, just a real pleasure to deal with!

My Kioti tractor needed it's first 50 hr service and transmission filter was very difficult to remove. Augusta Equipment sent a tech out to our farm and was able to eventually remove and replace the stubborn filter. I asked if this should be covered under warranty and the fine folks at Augusta worked with Kioti to make that happen. Thanks again to Augusta Equipment

A few weeks ago we rented a sod cutter to complete a project. These guys have everything!! Thanks for being there!! Oh and the service was spectacular! We will be back when we start our next project.
