I frequent this one a lot and as always there's just one cashier she's short petite and wears glasses she's always so rude. There's a way to talk to customers and there's a way not to talk to customers and she doesn't know how to do this. If she was my employee she's been fired a long time ago. I know she's been with the company for a while I've seen her here for a while but have yet ever come in and her be pleasant or polite it's always just nastiness. We will not be using this 7-Eleven ever again I will drive by my way to go somewhere else. And that's sad because 7-Eleven is a great company to shop with. They just need a teach employees how to speak with customers and a polite way.

Store was clean and great. The young man behind the counter was great. There was an older worker literally yelling at a woman because she was late. I'm glad we are trying to improve her working conditions but don't sit there and yell at someone because they are late. Then she wanted to complain outloud to customers about how awful her help was. Disrespectful. If you want someone to show up in time and respect the job you have to respect them.

I were at the7/11 store on Jefferson hwy,I was waiting in line for at least 3 minutes until I did say hello so I could get waiting on.the cashier and the store manager had a very long conversation not even looking back to see if they had any customers.the store manager and the cashier were rude.t he store always been rude all the time.i quess they don't have anyone to run the store.she need to be replaced.she is a good store manager period.

Ladies bathroom needs to offer paper toilet seat covers. And there was hardly any toilet paper available in handicap stall. Otherwise, the store was clean and employee friendly. Worth stopping.

Fun fact, the dominos carside pickup spots aren't for 7-11 employees who are not motivated enough to walk 12 extra feet to work. That is a bad look.

Stopped by 7-11 in Fisherville. Purchased 3 items and 2 out of three rang up higher than price listed on shelf. Told clerk and she said she had to charge me what rang up. I complained and Melissa made adjustments and was very rude. She said she had a stack of new prices to put up and hadn’t done yet. Acting like I was wrong for wanting to pay what sign said on shelf. Very unhappy with service won’t be back!
