Gary Grant will keep you on the phone for insane amounts of time, will talk to you and treat you like trash, and then will deny you a rental property once you set aside time out of your day to go look at it instead of just calling you and telling you it’s already rented.

I called looking for a rental for the area and they unfortunately do not have rentals (I know some real estate agencies do) however, the kind woman that answered the phone went the extra mile and sent out my information to her agents just in case they have any rentals that they personally rent out. I wish I would’ve remembered her name. I promise you won’t want to miss working with 1st choice. They went above and beyond for someone who isn’t even purchasing. Their customer service and professionalism is amazing. House hunting and moving can be really stressful but they eased my mind today. Thank you for helping me!!
