The food, especially the chicken, is usually off the charts but today it is burnt, and cold and horrible. The gravy and green beans are just awful. With the economy the way it is it is hard to afford to eat away from home and it really sucks to spend so much on food so bad. What a disappointment all the way around.

The chicken here is usually very good , However today it was dry and hard and inedible . They also put the gravy directly on the mashed potatoes (don't know why they started doing that ) someone really dropped the ball . Hope it was just a one time thing

This place is Garbage Truck Juice wouldn’t recommend this place they’re not friendly if you ask for a big order of chicken they cry and moan over the phone and say you really want that much chicken? With attitude it shouldn’t Matter how much you want you’re the customer and purchasing goods the employees shouldn’t be so lazy

Amazing potato wedges. And a big shout out to my aunt Dottie on Mathias, WVA..... Dottie, if ever you are in Stanley, VA.... I GIVE THE FRIED CHICKEN A BIG...... YUMMY, 5 ARTERY CLOGGING, ?'S. I know how you and uncle Bernie were always fried chicken connoisseurs, and this chicken should definitely be to your liking.

I’m not one to post bad reviews, but maybe they need some feedback here. Went to cash in scratch off ticket winners and their system went “down” when they scanned them out. Told me there was nothing they can do. So I was on my way, no big deal…then I return to try again and they ALL (bunch of workers standing there) say it’s been paid out, nothing they can do?? I told them the situation, again nothing they can do. What happened to honesty and doing what’s right?? No one really knows how to handle a customer issue here. Need better management if you ask me. This situation was basically like, well that sucks, kind of attitude from their side. Not really impressed as a person who’s worked customer service my entire life. If I acted this way, I wouldn’t have a job.

Best fresh fried chicken I've eaten in forever. In a gas stop/convenience store you ask… Trust me. Just stop by and buy their fried chicken lunch special for under $10, like I did years ago, and see if you don't want to brag on them like I do!

Walked in and walked right back out. Sign posted on the door that masks are required but there was only one customer out of several wearing one and no staff. I felt very unsafe.
