I don't normally write reviews, but the Greene County Library is absolutely horrible to go to if you want to get anything done in. People go to a library for the quiet atmosphere and books, I've never been to a library this loud, and it's mainly the librarians conversating, loud laughing and talking trash. I had to get up and ask them to please keep it down because I'm studying for exams and it seemed like they became louder. When people walk in there's no enforcement of quiet help and conversating, its like they're having a shouting match. It's the lack of common sense and common courtesy for others using this place. I will not be returning to this library nor will I be bringing my children here if this type of disrespect is what the Greene County Library offers to there neighbors and guest, and I'll never recommend any of my classmates to come here to study or even check out a book. I'll just travel out of my way to another library who respects there neighbors and guests more and treats them better.

Very nice library. Love the book locker option for holds! It’s very convenient you can place a hold on a book at another one of the branches and get it sent to here. The staff is very nice and actually help you find the books you need.

This place is amazing. I love how if they don't have a book for you at the library, they will get it from another library and you can pick it up!

Great library for all ages. Has a monthly calender or what events will take place. Nice and quiet for studying or typing reports.

Staff are friendly and helpful. You can send a fax. It does cost for a fax. You can make copies and you pay for that also.
