“The Sims team was quick to respond and super helpful in diagnosing and replacing our dead A/C compressor during a big heatwave. We are from Canada; unsure what to do or who to call, we googled and read the reviews. It was a little hard to find their address but we managed fine. Mr. Sims showed us our old compressor before installing the new one and kept us informed of the work's progress that afternoon. We were blessed in our time spent waiting on his property, chatting with family and getting our water bottles refilled. We wish them a great future as they build up their business on honesty and solid hard work.
