It always takes forever whenever I’m at this branch. Only two employees at the main desk. Why not add another one when lines get long. They need to understand people come to this branch on their lunches break and not to spend their summer vacation. A tube light idea add another employee

My experience was Amazing. It started off rocky but it wasn’t because of any members of the branch. I had fraud on my account, and Melana helped me fix the issue and helped me open an account for my teenage daughter. Melana was patient and she made sure that all my needs were fulfilled. Even the branch manager was a breath of fresh air. Because of Melana, I’ll be back to open a joint account with my fiancé.
Melana deserves employee of the Month. Kudos to her !!!

Came in to meet with someone they told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait and ended up waiting over an hour. Ended up just leaving because they didn’t know how much longer I would have to wait saying the lady I was going to meet with was gone.

Horrible, this Garrisonville Wells Fargo never answers their phone. Called them 12 different times in a row and each time got transfered to an automated teller. Had a simple question, and no one there felt the need to answer the phone. Not the first time this has happened either... Horrible.
So the Response to my original review from Wells Fargo, is the same response to all the other reviews about poor customer service and time wasted. Why would we waste more of our time sending Wells Fargo an email with a link to our Google review so you can "take action"... Use the info provided by the multitude of customer complaints/reviews and take corrective action. That would be the right response.

Very slow customer service. I just wanted to deposit a check and it took 25 minutes to wait two workers were assisting one customer and instead of focusing on their job they were chatting with customer.

My recent experience using the ATM at Wells Fargo at 131 Garrisonville Rd, Stafford, VA 22554. Unfortunately, it was a highly unsatisfactory one, and I feel compelled to caution anyone against using it.After depositing cash at the ATM, I encountered a serious issue with the machine. To my dismay, it appeared that there was a discrepancy in the count of the money I deposited. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I was left empty-handed, with no resolution to the problem.The ATM swallow the money and it will not give me back my money when I requested for it. It only returns the card but no money and also no receipt.This incident has put me in a challenging financial situation, as I am now behind on my bills. I would hate for anyone else to go through a similar ordeal.Therefore, I strongly advise against using the ATM at this location. Using this machine is a risk not worth taking. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can spare others from facing similar difficulties.

You can anticipate at least a 10 minute wait in the drive thru line. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is - I've been here on a Mon afternoon and today I write this from the drive thru lane (it's been 15 mins now) which only has one teller assisting customers. I'm no genius but I'm pretty sure Fri afternoon is one of the busiest days for a bank.On a completely different day my son and I went inside to open a new account for him. The woman who set up the account did it wrong and he never received his initial debit card. You should have seen the hoops we had to jump through to get it all straightened out. Thank God the one in front of Giant was still open and they fixed the issue.I'm not sure why they closed the other Wells Fargo in front of Giant because this one certainly cannot handle the volume. Is this location even being managed? Or is anyone at corporate/headquarters even paying attention?

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for at least 20 years, and I never had any bad experiences, until the last 6-8 months.The Bank Teller that helped me today, her name is Erika, and I had a great experience at the drive-thru, and she took the time to listen to me, and understood exactly I asked her to do with my deposit, which was nothing difficult, but with the other new bank tellers, they were clueless, and I told Erika about the problems I was having with their bank in the last 6-8 months.I don't blame the tellers, I blame management, for not training the employees correctly, too begin with.I hope Erika will be working at this location, and management can embrace her, for there's been no consistency, and there's always a new teller working, and as before this all started, I never had any problems doing business with this bank.Under New management, who can't keep their employees, at this Branch location, I'm guessing?*Thanks Erika, I hope you'll be working for a long time at this location, and keep up the great work. XO*

Horrible, Horrible location. At a time when WF is struggling with public opinion and legal problems they should be doing everything possible to improve customer experience. This branch is...not. Always understaffed, always delayed service. I had a safe deposit box and they wanted me to make an appointment to access it. I closed the SDB and moved to another bank last year. Such a truly awful branch. Avoid at any cost. I wish I could give zero stars.

Even though this Wells Fargo branch is less than a mile from my house, I dread going there the ATMs never have deposit available the wait time in the lobby is at least 15 minutes the manager there should be fired. There’s no leader ship from them, The branch manager will sit in the office on the phone while they have a trainee teller waiting on a crowded line waiting for service. The bank tellers are totally clueless and don’t care. I’m seriously thinking about pulling all of my money out of Wells Fargo due to the service at this branch.

Worst branch ever. They’re understaffed so expect to wait a veryyyy long time. At any other branch I’m in and out in under 2 minutes. This branch is busy and staff moves in slow motion

Always only one teller working when I go in. See photos. They actually said that thier personnel numbers were still down do to "Covid"??
