Mrs. Dee is one in a million. She made time to do my hair short notice. She has amazing skills in hair care and a love for each of her clients. I could never trust anyone else with my hair. Mrs. D does a great job with my hair. I love that she CARES about protecting my hair. The only "negative" about this salon is that they need a receptionist or someone to assist with administrative tasks while clients are being serviced.Service: Hairstyling

She was wonderful with my sister and I!She took extra precautions because she said she had not done to many caucasian women hair, she did conditioning in between I wanted my hair silver. My gray was coming in good but I still had brown so she had to pull brown, the silver attached to the gray EXCELLENT, I have to go back and that's fine. She didnt burn my hair, very little shedding. My sister's she colored and rinse and flat iron. My sister looks awesome! ( she is African American, fyi). And they sell awesome products! We are buying what we can for gifts and ourselves ?❤

Scheduled an appointment the day before I had to go out of town. Showed up for the appointment but the salon was closed. I went next door to get my nails done to give the stylist some time to arrive just in case she was running late. Went back about an hour or so later and nobody was there. I had to search at the very last minute to find another salon that could squeeze me into their schedule.

I took my daughter to get a flat iron and trim. When I tell you she has been the BEST person to ever work on my daughters hair besides me... Words can’t even explain the happiness I saw on her face, the excitement from FINALLY finding someone to help treat her hair, and the warmth that was given on our visit smh. I am OVERJOYED at the fact the we have found someone to do our hair! And it’s close to our home! TY SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND PROFESSIONALISM!

I haven’t been to a hair dresser in 20 years. I had the pleasure of having Ms D take care of me. She is amazing, very pleasant, calm spirit. She truly has the heart of Christ and can bring a calm to even the most stressful situation. She is very professional and comes with years of experience. Some do it for the money but, she does it being she cares about her clients. She is very understanding and is quick to restore, treat and bring healing to your hair, in a loving and caring way. Please give her a try. I promised after previous negative experiences, not to go to another stylist. D showed me that there, are people who truly care, not only about your hair, but the total well being of the person. Thank you Dee.

I was bleeding on my edges and the back of my head like deep cuts now I have scars that need to heal watch out if they cut too deep other than that it's pretty good hair looks good

I had such a wonderful experience at Utopia Salon today. As soon as you walk in, you are sweetly greeted and signed in. They took time to ask me questions about exactly what style I wanted to achieve while giving their expert feedback based on my hair type. Mrs. Dee did a fantastic job on my color and press and curl. All the clients walking out had beautiful bouncy curls and huge smiles on their faces. Very warm environment, you feel at home. And lastly, I absolutely love my hair!
