I bought a car here back in 2021. Used car prices were insane but this was the only place I found the rates to be reasonable . I had one issue with the title after I bought the car but it was resolved the next day. Would recommend!

Great customer service, one of the interior mirrors I had was broken, so they replaced it for free the day after I let them know, other than that mirror, the car looks great, and runs great haven’t had any problems, would purchase a car through them again.

I drove over an hour to see a truck that was advertised as follows: "The vehicle is mechanically perfect right down to the last bolt's threading. It is obvious that the previous owner took really good care of it because the exterior finish is immaculate. The interior of this ride is nothing less than perfect and is a sign of the excellent care and attention that this vehicle has seen since it was new."The driver's seat had duct tape holding part of a tear together with a second tear left open. There were scuffs and small dents on the exterior. The air conditioning didn't work and the battery had to be jumped to start it. The tires were completely worn. It was way overpriced for its condition. I wouldn't buy a truck in that condition at any price, so I left.The guy there was not a sales guy. But he was very pleasant and he apologized. I wish I hadn't wasted my time.It looks like all the cars and trucks are a bit junky.

I bought a car from this company. The owner told me to pay cash. I wrote him a check. He informed me that my title would come in the mail. After cashing the check, I had to call him multiple times to get the title. He didn’t send me the second key as promised. As of now, I am still waiting for the second key. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I was looking to buy a truck with all the prices being really high I found a good deal at US-1 Auto Maxx. Mr.Zee and Jeff was really open about the trucks condition and all the fixes done to it even installed a new bedding for it. Their service is exceptional.

I got my first car there at us1automaxx. Me and my kids are blessed! Mr. zee runs a good dealership. Jeff, his partner/mechanic is also a wonderful guy. I have zero complaints about them personally. The experience was a blessing. They have USED vehicles so of course the cars aren’t perfect. Any issue I’ve run into with my car, they’ve been helpful and I appreciate that bcus they are a “AS IS” dealership.

Small dealership. Good deal. Great people. I was looking for a small reliable car and came across US1 Auto Maxx. I purchased a small car (2010 Toyota Carolla)...low miles...great price - no hassle! Kelly and Jeff were great to work with. Jeff went above and beyond to help and was very attentive to a small issue that I found during the test drive. Straightforward transaction and approach...I appreciate that. Will update as needed.

***VEHICLE FAILED MARYLAND STATE INSPECTION - Repair costs required to pass inspection: $1046.00 ***
Bottom line up front: I'm not changing the rating...its just business HOWEVER the following is offered as a lessons learned. IF you live in Maryland please understand that the VA State inspection is very basic (learned that yesterday). IF you decide to purchase a used vehicle in the State of VA I recommend that you put money to the side for repairs that MAY arise after purchase.
My total estimate was around $3,200.00 (included recommended routine repairs). To pass inspection, I had to replace the stabilizer bar control link (both sides), axle shaft assembly (right side), and rear tag light. Parts were reasonable...LABOR $$$. The rear tail light is included in the VA inspection but I guess they missed it - easy fix.
***THE WARRANTY***
The Car Protection Plus Insurance offered by the dealer has the absolute worst customer service. In total, they paid out $168.00 toward the repair of the axle ($100 deductible applies) and offered to repair using the "least expensive part that they are able to find online". That left me with a $68.00 credit toward the repair.
Next step...MVA...will update as needed.
Update 2/28/22: This dealership values its reputation and went the extra mile to ensure that our concerns were taken care of. We were able to get the tags, title and pass MD emissions with NO issues. Car runs well and would definitely consider US-1 Auto Maxx for future purchases.
