“The ladies were very helpful at this location. I requested Kaz Automotive as my pick up, but UHaul said they didn't have the size truck I requested. (I had spoken with rental coordinator directly and drive by every day. Kaz had the correct size truck available. Something sketchy about UHaul website and follow up call I got.) It's a good thing the local businesses know what to do because I think corporate U-Haul's processes might be a big issue.”
