I was just at the store and my blood sugar was dropping so I decided to get a plate of hot food.and I wanted some salt they had pepper packets but mo salt so I went to the front desk to ask for some after I spent 17.83for the food and a drink that I could eat before I started shopping. The lady and I used that term loosely Sheila told me in the most rudest tone possible they They don't have salt. Mind you this is a grocery store they can sit a large container of salt there for people to use or provide the small packets but to yell at Mr that they don't have salt in such a disrespectful tone I am 59 yrs old not some teenager being rude to her my request was a very normal one and her reaction was like I was bothering her and it was beneath her to speak to me. I LIVE VERY CLOSE TO THIS STORE and I WILL NOT BE BACKJOAN STEWART-LEWIS RN

The self checkouts are so weird, the roll your items down to the end of the conveyor belt so you cant bag as you go and the employee at the front just stands there watching as the conveyor belt gets full to the point where the register doesnt let you continue to check out until you move the items. And then when you bag and load your cart before you pay they move so you cant get past them as if you’re about to steal all the groceries you just scanned. Like maybe if you’d helped you wouldnt be worried about me “stealing”

Not expired but something definitely happened, not sure if the fridge stopped for awhile or not but I bought this, walked out and opened for a quick snack while on my lunch break it like this.

May 2023 • AWFUL • DISGUSTINGWhen I entered there was an unpleasant strong odor. I kept walking in the hope it would get better but it didn't.There was a Lady sorting out the chickens in the rotisserie isle that wasn't wearing the gloves.THAT was my second red flag.I found the sale bar and it was absolutely disgustingI left without even purchasing an item because a dirty place like this should be closed.Be ashamed

Today 11/17/2022 I was making a purchase at this location and one lady was rushing me to finish to help another guy and when I was paying cash she manipulated the screen and push that I was paying in cc and then I put $20 and the machine it was telling me I need to put another $12, but my total was $21.27 so I don’t know if the machine miss count or they have a trick to still money.I when to costumer service and they denied that they were overHonestly very disappointedGod will take care of this because this is not good on his eyePlease people make sure you pay attention when you are paying or if someone is rushing you to finish your purchase take your timeGod bless you all

As an Instacart shopper, this is the sole store I have resentment for. Items that show they are located in Aisle 1 can be across the store. Absolute HEAD ACHE. Won't be shopping for this store any longer. I always have issues with product locations being wrong but today's trip almost nothing has been in even the correct side of the store. Very disappointed with this. Won't be back for myself or business.
