The amount or people that finish fueling and leave their car parked at the pump is much worse at this location than the average gas station. I’m guessing it’s because it’s right off the interstate and people want to use the restroom or whatever.I’ve given up going here because it’s almost impossible just to drive in and get fuel. There’s a new 7-11 down the road with more pumps and slightly cheaper fuel. I’m not a fan of 7-11, but you can save a lot of time and frustration by going there instead.

Short changed, Sadly the first couple times this happened I let it go. And it’s not even about the money it’s the principle. But today made me angry. I went through the drive through and was given the wrong change again, and as it seems it’s the same kid each time. Although it was just a penny, I did tell him this time and he seemed irritated that I would actually say something over a penny, but he gave me my penny and receipt that he didn’t give me prior. Here is where it made me angry. He should have never gone back and bad mouthed me to other coworkers and then these other coworkers had to make sure they came to the window and smile and laugh. It’s all very sad, this was the drive thru at Sheetz #718 at 2:01:44pm. Then I open the Italian sausage and sadly I believe they burned it on purpose. I’ve ordered this many many times and never has it come burnt.Hopefully this will get back to management and the employees. Here is a fact for each of them, I am the sole proprietor of a company down the street from Sheetz, and I have my crews go in there all the time. This can stop on a dime at anytime if I feel like the incompetent employees are will to act a fool and make fun of someone because they wanted the correct change.

This is a busy gas station, who apparently can only provide one cashier for check out and you’re gonna wait in a line because they cannot figure out how to have two cashiers? Ridiculous.

Unfortunately this beautiful store is in such a sad state of affairs. Every aisle has trash on the floor, the soda fountain counter was so sticky you couldn't set your cup down to put a lid on. The eating area has NO clean tables or bar seats with trash and empyty food bags and dirty napkins on the floor. The outside trash can near the entrance was so full it was just toppling out of it onto the ground and it was raining so everything was just sopping wet and stuck to the ground. It seemed as though there was only one cashier... or at least that was all we could find. BUT...he was very, very nice. Even the restrooms were literally filthy and the building seems to be new or newer. I love Sheetz but this one gives them a.bad name. Hopefully someone takes this to heart.

Being right off I-95 this place is always busy. Just finding a parking place to go inside is almost impossible. The wife just wanted to go in and get some lottery scratchers and I ended up dropping her off and driving around back till she returned with no scratchers as the machine was empty of most everything.Trash everywhere with cans overflowing. Fuel pumps had people lined up 3 deep. Now a Chicken Lips Fillet is going in across the street and what looks to be a Starbucks or something similar. This whole area will be an avoidance for locals.

Sheetz is my favorite gas station. They have fuel, restrooms, food, and offer discounts with the membership card. The stations are mostly laid out the same and are clean and well maintained. They have fast food and made to order food that is quick and good. I like Sheetz!

I went to go grab some thing off the cold shelving area and I didn’t see what I wanted so I asked the associate was standing right next to it, stocking it and she immediately grabbed a box slammed it on top of the shelving area, then then grabbed another box and started stocking it, didn’t not want to answer my question or speak to me, just slam the box on top of the shelving ,Instead of just answering the question. She was rude and ignored me, Poor customer service.

Great location! I was coming back from my daughters cheer competition in Richmond in the middle of a storm. My gas light came on and we needed a break. I quickly put in my GPS “gas station” and based on my location this appeared as the next exit. It was right there! I only pumped gas at the station so I’m not sure of customer service.

Frequently visit this location. This would've been a higher rating a year ago. But this place has fallen off a bit now. But I am at the 3 strike point now. They have messed up orders of mine. The breakfast was toxic the last time I had it. And on 2 separate occasions the pumps didn't work properly.

I had a mobile drive thru order. I came about 5 minutes after it said it would be ready. I sat at the first window for about minutes, and then I went to the second and sat for another 10. The guy putting out the orders went out of his way to not look at me or help me. he literally walked over to the counter the window was by looking up while grabbing something on the counter trying so hard not to look at me.

Rude staff when you have food made to order. Milkshakes melted as soon as you get them. How does that even happen? You ask an employee a question about your order and they say “I don’t know” and just walk away, lol. Go to wawa instead. They’re way better anyway.
