The attitude was very bad. I wanted to ask if they had makeup remover oil, but the waiter said this was a small store , told me to go to a big store , then ignored me.

Amazing customer service!!! Paloma is such an amazing, kind, sweet, and helpful person! I am glad to have a Sephora near me with such amazing, kind, and beautiful girls!! I will always prefer to do my shopping here instead of Ulta or online!!

It's a nice clean area in Kohls. I went in for one item that I needed. They had the Unseen Supergoop which I swear by to not get burned on my face from added sun exposure. No free samples to give out. It would have been a nice touch tho. Supposedly they had a product a day for under $30 but I couldn't find that either.

I walked into the Sephora at kohl’s in Stafford., there were 2 girls both were talking to this one customer or a friend because they were very relaxed and laid back, no one greeted me! While browsing one of them approached me if I needed help, I said no thank you and after 5 to 10 mins I stood by the cashier waiting for one of them but they were so consumed with that one customer I had to walk up to them and say I’m ready. While checking out I saw my 18 months pick up a small lip gloss out of the carton, I took it and as I’m putting it back the one lady who was going to help me said that now that I touch it I had to buy it! I thought she was joking!! But she insisted and said I don’t know where the kid was and there are germs. At that point I put what I was buying on the counter and walked out. She said you don’t have to buy anything and laughed at me as I was walking out. I do not appreciate the service nor the treatment from this employee, I was big fan of the store but I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere,. Working in retail require s someone who is a people person and consistent with all customers and not pick and choose when and who they treat right. I hope this message gets to someone who can coach these employees and make a change, because I could have gone to Ulta or Amazon or one the big retailers. I learned my lesson though.

I ordered packages of wash cloths online. They are packaged in such a way that you have to cut these little tiny plastic things off of each cloth AND there is no way to cut them off without damaging the material. NEVER ORDER WASHCLOTHS FROM KOHLS

On November 16, 2020 at approximately 13:27, I went into the Stafford location to pick up a watch I initially ordered online. I entered the store and looked for signs leading to online pickup. I then followed the signs leading to the back of the store. I was initially greeted and asked," how can I help you". I stated that I had placed an online order and proceeded to show the bar code on my phone. Once shown the friendly associate went to retrieve the item. Once I received the item (which was a rather expensive watch) I asked if someone was able to remove links from the watch that I just purchased. The associate made a call to the apparent jewelry dept and said they could do it. I asked where it was and was given directions. Once I approached the jewelry dept there were 2 women working, one older Caucasian woman (Ms. Ruby) and an African American woman. Ms. Ruby (as she was called by the African American woman) gave me a cold look upon which I said,"Excuse me but are you able to remove links out of my watch I just purchased. Having seen the previous associate call the jewelry dept just minutes earlier, I assumed Ms. Ruby who was behind the counter near the phone was expecting me but nevertheless her initial response was,"Did you buy the watch from here"? I responded,"Yes, I just picked it up in the back of the store and had them call you to remove a few links from the band. She then responded,"Well how many links do you need taken out"? I responded, I don't know but I'd like to try it on to figure it out. She responded,"Well you need to know how many before I can take them out" So the African American woman who was working with Ms. Ruby, sensing her attitude" noticed immediately said,"I can help you sir". So the African American associate proceeded to take links out of the watch starting with 2 while letting me try it on to verify. She ended up removing 3 total links. Once the associate completed removing the links I then noticed that the time was incorrect and asked if she could set the watch, she said she couldn't. The associate the asked Ms.Ruby if she could and she just shook her hear not even giving a verbal response. I believe if you work for a company that is only in business because of customer then you should explore customer service. I did not ask for anything outside of their realm of her job and I should have been treated accordingly. I ask that Ms. Ruby be reprimanded and I hope that she is made aware that if customers are treated like this then we will take our business elsewhere and she could eventually be unemployed.
