While they sometimes have good deals, this location is never appropriately staffed at the registers. Literally 12+ people in line with 1 register open, and nothing moves quickly. It was even worse both days this weekend when I tried to return an item. I see numerous employees walking around, yet nobody thinks to open another register to clear out the massive line.
And don't even get me started on the incessant beeping of the security tags on the shoes and the zip ties that make it nearly impossible to properly try a pair on. Somehow every other retailer manages to sell shoes without these motion tags and zip ties, yet it's beyond Ross's capability.

Today … June 21, 2024 … very dirty and unorganized store. I was reading that somebody blamed it on the customers.
Well I am sure ? but what I saw ? two employees stocking the shelves.
If you happen to stand in line … look to the right … a lot of wallets … all the employee did … just put it right on top … some sweets ? cookies she showed … I mean pushed it to the other cookies …
I was standing in line while my friend was looking ? for swimming trunks … when he came the line was still very long … we ended up just leaving … and went couple doors ? down to Kohl’s …

Great finds at this Ross!! The store is a bit chaotic and unorganized, but the selection is huge. Dressing rooms were clean and the attendant was friendly. The line was long with only 3 cashiers working, but, it was worth the finds! Found some good designer shirts for $10-$13 each.
