Employee scammed me out my cash took $120 cash from me for $60 room cost ($83) after taxes. Didn't take money at front desk. He came to my room to get money and put straight in his pocket. Hotel could not produce a receipt upon my request. Manager hides and refuses to speak with me about the incident

Clean, quiet, friendly, affordable. The breakfast was basic but included “eggs” and sausage. But I paid less than I would have expected for this very nice stay.
Noteworthy details: If I had seen the negative reviews instead of deciding based on the “hot breakfast” and low price, I would’ve missed a nice, trouble free experience. I saw nothing of the dirtiness some people complained of.

Location! Proximity to useful stores! I will re visit here!
Walkability: The walkability to stores is AMAZING! Various types of resturants nearby. Access to major highways nearby. It was clean. I really liked it.

Rooms are 1/2 nice. Had a tick that we found in our bed the first night. And shower heads are rusty. Meaning when you take a shower you will have rust water glazing your body.
Biggest concern is how staff took cash from my husband on the first night. Charged him $110. But when we looked online no dates ever (current or future) depicted they would charge $110. Highest prices didn’t go over $80. When we then asked for a receipt the Indian staff in front tried to act as if there was a language barrier and also wouldn’t allow us to extend our room knowing they were caught. They were also probably mad because we called corporate about it.
Nevertheless, when we reasked for a receipt they only generated us a vague invoice which is not the same. It didn’t even have the breakdown of the what we paid and on what days.
Staff are fairly shady as well as if you get a bottom level room you may have people stomping on top of you for 3-4 hours. Staff will make calls to their room but won’t do much more until you change your tone with them.
Overall 2/5 stars and will not be recommending to my employees or customers in this area.
We actually plan on contacting our lawyer about the stay if we can not receive a proper receipt that we’ve been asking for for days.
PS - If you call corporate they will just offer to “escalate it to the managers onsite.” Conflict of interest and the reason why they are able to get away with their shady dealings.
Noteworthy details: Staff will take cash from you and not log it. They may be lying about the rates of the rooms and taking a portion of your money for themselves. If you complain they will not allow you to extend the room.

Location is perfect. Right next to highway & stores. Workout room needs much help. Too many machines need repair. Breakfast needs some help too. Sausage was not cooked properly. Coffee was weak.
Noteworthy details: The workout room with 3 machines, only 1 kinda works. Sad. Needs total renovation. Breakfast was a 3. Sausage was not cooked properly. Coffee was very weak. ?

LOW QUALITY INN! From the blood-stained towels to the holes in my bed sheets, not to mentioned the Great Value Walmart brand free breakfast, I will encourage everyone pay the extra money to stay somewhere else!

It was a pleasant check in with the woman at the front desk. She held a card on my reservation as is standard practice when you book through a third party site. I'm fully aware of this practice and take no issue with it. HOWEVER...When the hold on your CC or bank account continues to climb to a higher amount DAILY...I have an issue with it. My hold went from $180 to $355 to $500!!
When I asked the man about it he tried telling me that that is normal policy and that the amount goes up everyday you stay in the hotel. I simply told him that is not true. He then reiterated his statement that yes, indeed it is true and that is how they handle third-party sites.
I then explain to him that my brother and daughter were staying at the same hotel, booked on the same third-party site and their cards have not been increased daily.
The gentleman then had a very surprised look on his face and told me the man in the back will take a look at it and get back with me. I said I need this done now or I'm calling corporate. His response, no no it will take a day or two to see what is going on and to fix it. I told him again, okay fine I'll simply call corporate while I'm standing with you so you can explain that to them. He got up and went to the back room and when he came out the hold had been removed from my account. I believe I caught them doing something shady and they were trying to get away with this. I won't be staying at this hotel again.
Safety: I'm attaching a video from my stay. This is the exterior door leading to the parking lot on the side of the building. It is supposed to be locked and only accessible with your card key. The hardware is completely out of order and no concern given.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Coworker had to update his travel plans since class got canceled from 2 weeks to 1 week and the Manager Atilkumar Thakor would not adjust his stay or refund them. NOT WORTH

The workers are very nice and accommodating, but the room is horrible. There’s so many wrong in the room. If you want a clean place then I wouldn’t recommend this place. We were looking for a hotel room to sleep in before we go on with our journey and my partner saw this. We got checked in the room and it was horrible. The door is damaged, the shower’s wall have dirts in corners of it, the shower head is discolored, and the floor have a mat that looks dirty. The plugs and switch on the lamp is also dirty. There are two beds that we stayed in, the bed near the bathroom have a ripped bedsheet and a stain, the bed near the window is stained, their pillows are uncomfortable. It looks like something a person’s been using for years and just covered it with a new pillow. It’s also 4 tiny square pillows like that. I can’t even trust if their water is clean. Also the door to the room don’t look safe. There’s a tiny gap at the side of the door and you could see the light in the hallway and it’s not that sound proof. The door look so easy to break in. The door in the bathroom also seems damaged everytime you try to close it you have to push it close, just like the door in your hotel room.

Stayed here for 2 separate nights. Check in and check out was very easy. First night the room was much better and did not smell of smoke. Second time the room was not as clean and the floor smelled of cigarettes and cleaning supplies. It is a nice hotel for the cost and convince.

My wife and I have been staying here for the last 2 weeks while we await moving into our new home and honestly we can't say enough good things about the establishment. The front desk staff especially in the morning between the hours of 6am and 1pm are phenomenal. They have been the nicest and most accommodating people we have experienced. The rooms are always clean and it's extremely quiet. Thank you for all you guys do!
