Terrible customer service had to call at least 20 times to check on my car and received 2 calls back after being told they would call be back every time. Ordered the wrong parts and took longer than they said. Overall bad experience. Do not recommend.

I took my vehicle in to get a quote for a minor repair job. They provided the quote and when I asked how long the job would take, they said they could not tell me. I asked if it could take a day or a year or two and was told again that they could not give me an estimate of how long it would take.

The only reason I'm not giving lower than 4-Stars is because of how amazing of a job they did. Be warned, your repairs will probably take 2 months to complete, no matter what their estimate is. Other than that, phenomenal work.

Pro-Tech did an excellent job repairing my wife's car after a front end collision. Veronica and Patrick were always polite and kept me informed through the repair process. It took a bit longer to repair than I had hoped but they informed me up front that it might. Overall I had a great experience and they worked with my insurance on any issues related to the repair process. I would definitely use them again if needed.Services: Painting

This place is phenomenal! Customer service is top notch. I went in for an estimate with same day appointment and took my car the following day for repair. I had my car back within a week and it look like it came off the showroom floor. I was very pleased with how fast and professional Pro- Tech was with handling the repair of my vehicle. I went to another place on Garrisonville first and it was a 3-4 week wait to get your car repaired and their quote was significantly more. They acted like I was a bother to even come out and give me an estimate. I had to call them several times to even get the quote for the estimate. I highly recommend Pro-Tech as your choice for repair. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you and especially to Veronica whom I initially spoke to, she was very sweet and attentive to the needs that I asked about my vehicle. Keep up the good work!

I had an awful experience with Pro-Tech Collision Center located at 171 Garrisonville Road, Stafford and would not recommend the business to anyone. My vehicle was rear-ended, I had to get an inspection and written estimate for repair. My auto insurer referred me to Pro-Tech Collision Center, LLC at 171 Garrisonville Road and stated afternoon appointments were available on May 29 (Memorial Day), and I asked since that Monday is a holiday the business will be opened? I was told yes and given an appointment. I arrived at the business on May 29 to find a sign posted, closed for Memorial Day holiday.I advised my auto insurer of the same, and received an apology that if the business was closed the system would not allow an appointment. I wanted someone to come to my home to perform the inspection and estimate of repair but was told that was not possible. I requested to go to the next closest collision center and unfortunately there wasn’t one. I had to return to Pro-Tech Collision Center. I received an appointment for a different day. I arrived at the business, the receptionist stated she did not have my name for an appointment and she kept typing on the computer. She finally found my name and my statement that I wanted someone to come to my home for the inspection and estimate; than stated the auto insurer does not make appointments because that is the job of the business. After that mini-drama was over, the receptionist handed me a tablet to complete registration. I completed the registration with the exception of the last question, which asked “how do you want to be updated on your repair text, telephone or email”? Those were the only choices so I did not select any because the business is not setting up the repair, I was and would have the ability to contact the repair place myself. If anything additional is needed, the repair place would contact either me or the adjuster to address any matters. Also, I did not want my information to be shared with anyone else that would bombard me with unwanted text messages, telephone calls or emails. I said the same to the receptionist and then to the person performing the inspection. There was no reassurance about my assumptions for declining to answer the last question and no other options were made available. It was select one of three methods for updates or forego the inspection.Since I did not and would not answer the last question, I was denied service. The entire situation was petty and a horrible way to run a business. Stay away from Pro-Tech Collision Center and their antics.

The absolutely worst auto shop I have ever been to. They were late on their work, lacked in communication, and we had loads of issues after receiving the car back. When I called them I got the same issues they were working on for 3 days straight. When I finally picked up the car, I was notified the next day that it was ready for pick up…they have no idea what’s going on. You must avoid this place at all costs. Stay away!

Please read the negative reviews and STAY AWAY!!!! First off... they take way too long to repair your vehicle. I took my sons BWM in to have repairs done the the front end of his vehicle. With the exception of the front head lamps, the vehicle was completely drivable. the vehicle was driven from the stafford virginia office to the shop in Falmouth virginia, and there were no mechanical issues reported. They had the vehicle for over a month. When my son picked the vehicle up on a friday he noticed a loud grinding sound coming from the front of the vehicle. He recorded the sound and sent me the video. As a precaution, I had him return home and park the vehicle. We tried to contact them the next day but they were closed. When I personally inspected the vehicle I noticed that the left front brake pad was literally sticking to the rotor. We took it to another mechanic for and inspection and the mechanic said he could not remove the tire because one of the lug nuts was not removable. After a visual inspection the mechanic stated that it appears that the caliper on the left had been tightened so tight that it was destroying the pad and rotor due to the tremendous of heat being generated.I took the vehicle back to PRO Tech on Monday and the the manager on site immediately began to shift the blame. He claimed that this was the result of months of wear and tear, even though they drove it at least 12 - 24 miles, and did not report a single issue. None of the other brakes have any problems. They all have over 50% remaining on the other brake pads.Additionally the "NEW Bumper" they installed is defective. The door that is used to access the toe hook in the front, is already falling apart. Again, the manager claimed that this is normal (I tried to post a video, but the file is too big.)Even if this was normal wear and tear, the mechanic should have identified this in his inspection or when he was driving it. The sound is way too obvious to ignore.Very unprofessional, poor craftsmanship, no quality control.... USAA should remove them from their list of approved vendors ASAP!!!!!Services: Brakes

I got hit on my bumper and the service was incredible. They set up an estimate very quickly, the receptionist was very kind the entire time and so was the estimator. They took my car immediately and got my car fixed in a week! I was so blown away at how quick I got my car back. And they HAND CLEANED my car! When I got my car back it looked literally brand new! They are slightly more expensive than other shops but it's worth it as I went to another shop that was a little cheaper but they said they couldn't pencil me in until end of the NEXT month. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to get their car back quick and looking better than ever!EDIT: I forgot to mention but they also cleaned my tires as well! They also cleaned the inside of my car too with cleaning the mats. They really went above and beyond!Services: Body & Trim

The most rudest customer service my family has ever received came from the OWNER of this establishment "Mike". Our mother's vehicle has been with them for nearing 2 months. There has been very minimal communication. Her car had been promised to her on 5 different occasions since she brought it to them & they failed to deliver. Mike & his associates were extremely rude to our family when we asked specific questions about the work being done & length of time it would take to complete it. I WOULD NOT recommend this facility to anyone! And after seeing so many other negative reviews it just confirms that this business should no longer be in business. This 1 star rating is not accurate for this business they deserve ZERO stars! Just awful..Service: Body & Trim

do not recommend unless you have months to wait on simple repairs. i understand a mis-order, waiting on a part, and being patient. however, i am in month 2 of repairs on a front bumper and light. there's no reason. i do not recommend.

Worst experience!!! Stay away! Patrick Kem conducted a terrible estimate. Only took pictures, didn't ask where the damage occurred or anything. At the end he simply told me that he was not able to do an estimate. He then send the insurance an estimate for $50. Very shady business practices.Service: Body & Trim

My car was suppose to be completed almost 2 weeks ago. Now, I can't get anyone to return my calls. I want my car. Not having it now will cost me about $1500 extra.

My Jetta looks great. Staff was fantastic - Patrick kept me in the progress loop and Veronica at the service desk was so personable. "IF" I ever need their accident service - I'd readily go back

Between waiting months for part to come in (not blaming pro tech) and part arriving a month ago and apparently ready but nobody called to tell me this process has been extremely frustrating. Communication between company and customer is lacking.
