We were looking for a replacement family travel car and decided we would start with Nissan. Often we would drive south on US 1 and see Pohanka Nissan and think maybe we should try there first. To our delight we quickly found what we wanted and more. The customer service was top notch and the management was professional. The price was fair and I never felt pressured. Thank you Pohanka Nissan of Stafford!

I'm a little late in my review but I wanted to say how grateful I am. Aki is definitely an asset to Pohanka Nissan. I was in desperate need of help and she worked the service manager and went above and beyond. The drive to Stafford from Woodbridge is worth it. Thank you Aki.

The staff was great and helpful. I had to get some repairs. Freddy, Acai, Nicole all played a role in making sure I was taken care. I'm very thankful.

I like my service advisor, but I'm not sold on the service work provided by this location. I paid a pretty stiff amount to end up with noise and brought it back for the noise to leave for a few hours and return. Then you send me a buy a new car text. No thanks!

Went in last Saturday and Jackie took care of us...Did not pressure us at all and answered all my questions honestly. At no point did she try to sell anything I did not need..In fact she saved me money by giving me options that lowered my payments! Also Tim was a huge help throughout with the finances. Overall EVERYONE there made was extremely helpful and Profesional. By far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! Brian

Nissan Stafford had my car at this location for 5 days. No calls from the service advisor. I called two days after it was dropped off (Friday) and was told they were busy in the shop but would have it looked at Saturday. Saturday comes and I call again and was told the same thing and that they would have it in the shop first thing Monday. I wait all day Monday and still no answer. Try to call dealership and was told to hold on the phone for the service advisor. Nobody gets on the phone so I drive up to the dealership to find out service advisor isn't working today. I was then told that it could possibly be later in the week as their main tech was at classes and out of the office. My car sat there for almost a week, never was looked at, lied to on the telephone, and ultimately picked up my car and took it to another Nissan dealership. NEVER AGAIN and will advise all friends & family not to use this dealership!!!!!

This has got to be THE BEST dealership to have your vehicle serviced. They are FRIENDLY, FAST AND EFFICIENT. I'm now 40 miles from there BUT I take the ride from Maryland to Stafford just to have my oil changed and tires rotated. It's worth the trip.

First time here to get my Frontier serviced. Called to make the appointment and all my information was collected. Got an appointment within a day and drop off was smooth. Received text messages letting me know any other recommendations they had. Pickup was smooth and as expected. I didn't have to wait but if I did, they have a pretty decent waiting area and area for kids. Aki was the person I dealt with and he provided excellent service. Will definitely be using them again.

I like that they have an express service lane, where you don't have to schedule an appointment. I appreciate they will do a free multi check on your car to see if there is anything else that needs to be done on your car. It did take an hour for them to do my oil change. What's great is the cost for the oil change cost less than going to Jiffy Lube!

I brought my G35 in for CEL diagnosis. The technician recommended a replacement for all recently installed OEM Bosch O2 Sensors, by stating these would not work on Nissan engines. He quoted $1800 cost as a starting point (not sure if that even would fix it). I asked if vacuum test was done, the advisor said yes and there was no vacuum leak. I declined the suggested "guess service"and purchased new Nissan OEM O2 sensors to tackle the job myself. Low behold Bosch was inside the Nissan OEM box. Hence, Bosch must be an approved OEM part. I took it to a local shop for a 2nd opinion, sure enough they found air intake hose leak. Have Stafford Nissan done a true troubleshooting, pressure smoke testing...etc., they would have easily figured it out. Guessing repairs and passing large cost on to customers is not a good service. Sad to see Pohanka go downhill, have been a customer at the Fredericksburg location for over a decade. Not happy!
