I'm a little late in my review but I wanted to say how grateful I am. Aki is definitely an asset to Pohanka Nissan. I was in desperate need of help and she worked the service manager and went above and beyond. The drive to Stafford from Woodbridge is worth it. Thank you Aki.

The staff was great and helpful. I had to get some repairs. Freddy, Acai, Nicole all played a role in making sure I was taken care. I'm very thankful.

When I tell you that the service department here is above average, it’s because they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is no less than superb. Highly recommend.
