I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this bank branch. I arrived promptly at 10 am with the intention of sending a wire from my previous bank account and opening a new business account. Despite the place being completely empty and not a single customer in sight, I was made to wait. After being seated, I was informed that I needed approval from the business manager to proceed. The business manager, who seemed more interested in his personal phone call than assisting customers, kept me waiting for over half an hour without any acknowledgment or apology. His unprofessional behavior, lounging in his chair and laughing on the phone while customers waited, was unacceptable. Fed up with the lack of respect for my time, I left and took my business elsewhere. This branch clearly prioritizes personal calls over customer service, creating a disappointing and unproductive experience.

Sat in the drive thru for 18 minutes, I was the only one in line. I couldn’t leave because they had my id, bank card and checks.

The people who work here are idiots. I came here on Saturday 9/2/23 with a direct deposit form and I needed a voided check. There’s a black guy working there with braids that has no idea what’s he’s doing.I first handed him the direct deposit form and explained I needed a voided check. He asked “Are you asking for a direct deposit form?” I told him no, the paper itself IS the direct deposit form and I need a voided check. He printed the voided check, and then crumbled it up saying he printed it out wrong. Then two of his coworkers came over to help, and none of the total of three employees knew how to print out a voided check, but they charged $1.50 to my account for a convenience fee even though none of them could print it out correctly Then they told me to come back another day. Monday is Labor Day so they are closed, which is why I came on a sari way because I don’t work on weekends. I stood there for a total of 15 minutes watching THREE employees attempt to print out a voided check.As soon as I left I went to the PNC at 371 Chatham Heights and explained what happened. They said voided checks are supposed to be free and they printed the voided check and I was in and out of the bank in 3 minutes.

PNC is the worst bank that I have every dealt with. My original card expired in September 2022. Some one in the Visa updater department automatically took it upon themselves to extend my expiration date w/o my permission verbally. Because of this there were Microsoft charges made on my account. The main issue I have is that there were charges to my debit visa repeatedly over and over again. But the main issue I have is no one wants to take accountability for their lack of action. Do yourself a favor run and don’t do business with PNC.

They will shut your account off for no reason at all. Then leave you to struggle for 7 to 10 business days. they do not care about customers what so ever. Stsy away!

Unbelievable!!! 3/22/2020- 7:25 am- Whent to the atm to make a deposit before my 12 hour shift. The atm took my money barley got my card back and the deposit did not go thru. The atm then shut down. I tried to call the call center but it was closed. So I had no money. Went to work and after work unable to buy anything. Monday 3/23/2920- This branch is open now but only drive thru. At 10am they will not answer the phone. Had to go thru the call center. To get a Temporary Credit!!!! Until they they can investigate!!!! Thanks PNC. Once this pandemic is over I will be finding a new bank!!!!!

Unfriendly staff, pushy with making you apply for a credit card. Staff would rather speak to each other then to help you out.

I had an issue with setting up my autoloan payment, but luckyly , the assistant branch manager ( Elizabeth t ) solved it in no time and guide me towards correcting my Obestical regarding payment on time .in additional to that the branch manager Anna , made sure that I was being helped . Bravo pnc .

Been coming to this branch for a business account for 2 years. Always received excellent service. However I want to give special mention to Emily who always has a pleasant smile and who was the first person in 2 years to ever ask my name. Awesome customer service.

Although we don't have any issues with PNC, this location gets four stars because of the teller who won't leave you alone and insists on holding your cash hostage until she finishes her sales speech. When on the phone she wastes time trying to sell you stuff instead of helping you. When you go in and need help juat find Heather and she will do the job right.
