“Came to get my pup some grooming, her grinchy toes and fluffbutt was gets out of hand quickly. I usually get in the early morning and often arrive before the store is open. The staff was awesome, let me know it'd be a minute while they popped open the store and then I checked in my dog for her appointment.
Came back to such a cute little fluff-less fluff ball. Chloe did an amazing job, my dog looked amazing and was so happy! She rarely gives full-butt wags, but she was pumped after her time there. Highly recommend!”
“The Banfield at this location is fantastic, with caring veterinary staff and a highly professional, friendly support team. I'd also recommend the training services for beginner obedience, which helped my energetic dog quickly master basic commands and leash walking. I'd definitely avoid the grooming services. Dog Krazy, Inc. is my local go-to. It's just a 5 minute drive down Garrisonville, and offers more professional services at a fraction of the cost.”

“Just adopted/purchased a french bulldog this morning. First off I want to say how great Dewayne "D" was. He was so nice and helpful to me and my husband. Overall the staff at Pets Plus were awesome. The staff keep everything so nice and clean. All the animals being kept there are very well taken care of. This store does not smell like a dirty unkept pet store. The staff take pride in the store inside and out. In the past I read a few bad reviews. But those reviews were far from the truth. Thank you Pets Plus for an amazing experience and most of all our new family member "Lilly".”
