This place is a true hidden gem. I decided to get a mani/pedi on my mental health day off. Found out my sister-in-law goes here too, I will def go back. It's worth a drive out to the other side of town.

I have gone three times to this salon for dip nails and one time I also got a pedicure. Twice I saw Emily and once I had Karen. Both technicians gave me great service, were sweet and welcoming and I had long lasting beautiful manicures. Their prices are excellent compared to other local salons- especially during the week when they have a special. They also do a loyalty stamp card for discount after ten visits. The salon is clean and comfortable though theee are more "serene" spots in town. I will surely continue to go there frequently. The one downside for me is that all three times my service has taken a long time. I don't love sitting still (ADHD!) so for me that's a downside. BUT the results have been great so I'll choose to go there when I'm not in a hurry or on a day off. Today's service was long but I wanted a special festive look for the holiday so that is definitely on me. TLDR: good spot, very kind staff, nice work, reasonable prices; allow plenty of time.

Amazing experience!! Justin did my Pedicure && Don did my nails but everyone in the salon were extremely sweet && professional! I was just going to get a basic manicure but ended up going with the pink Ombre Full Set after talking to Julie and I was so happy how they turned out! Highly recommend and will be back soon!

We went for a girls adventure yesterday and it was so good. Little bit of a wait but worth it. They didn't compromise the service of the people they were working on and our service wasn't rushed when others came in. All three of us had a different technician and different services. None of us get our nails done regularly, so we really appreciated how detailed their online and in store listings were (and the prices matched). My daughter got the lavender pedi service, mom got the classic pedi and classic mani, and I did the classic pedi and got Gel-X nails for the first time. My tech recommended them, explained why he was recommending them to me, answered my questions, and I love them so much. The shape he did is also great- my fingers don't look stubby and I'm not going to stab my toddler accidentally with them. Will absolutely be going back!

Do not come to this nail salon. My first visit was great. Karen took great care of me. Upon my second visit, I made an appointment with Karen when I arrived, I was told she was off. I got my nails done by another technician that was okay but nothing to brag about. I attempted a third visit with Karen and when I arrived, again I was told Karen was not in. (Wow) The older woman told me to go somewhere else. (Are you serious?) She further said, I just work here and Karen not here. There was only one other customer. I was so mad at the customer service and the lack of commitment when it comes to appointments. Don’t waste your time. I was able to go to another nail shop less than a mile away and while there another customer came in speaking negatively about this place. Stay away!!!!

(Pic is after about a week, and i fixed the shape and gel myself) I've been there 2x in the last 2 months. First time I had Karen, 2nd time I went to Don. I got a hard gel overlay both times. Karen is much better than Don, as she takes her time to do what you actually ask for. Don's speeds through. Even tho Karen was way better than Don, both times I did not get the result I was looking for. Nails weren't straight with Karen and it was a little too thick. With Don, they weren't straight, the gel was all over my cuticle and skin, the shape was inconsistent and he was too rough on my cuticles with the drill- he left some of my cuticle area bright red, and the gel color came out blotchy (see vid). I would flinch at times. If I leave a salon and pay 75$, I would expect great nails, especially since both times it was a simple solid color. The prices just dont match the quality, IMO. They do have a rewards program, but I think it's a joke- get 10$ off on your 10th service.

They do not wear gloves during pedicures or manicures. There are not even the simplest considerations for your comfort like a arm rest for your hands while getting your finger nails done. Did not even apply lotion to my hands after my fill. For a brand new salon, it is giving 10 year decor update needed immediately. Absolutely will not return. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Many better options along 610.

Not impressed at all! Got the worst manicure ever yesterday. The polish was on my fingers and started to peel as soon as I left the salon.

I got a fungus on both thumb toes from inadequate cleaning and sanitization practices. Entire place was cluttered, riddled with nail dust and dirt. I should have trusted my gut. Not recommended.

I was excited to give this place a try and was very disappointed. Not only is my polish messy, the tech took pictures of my nails before she polished them and set her phone in front of me while she texted them to someone (without my permission). Then she took pictures of the lady getting a pedicure behind me. It was awkward and uncomfortable and creepy.

I rarely get my nails done so I went into the spa not really knowing what I wanted. Kevin helped me with that. He made wonderful suggestions and I let him have complete control over the design. Very rushed. The shop wasn’t even busy and the guy did mine and my daughters pedicures in 10 minutes each. He also smoked as we pulled in and didn’t wash his hands. I opted out of my manicure and while my daughter was getting hers done we had a visitor from a house roach. Never again.
