On 5/1/2024 around 2:30 pm Mari was assisting me but she was very passive aggressive toward my son and I when we were in her office. She made several comments directed at my seven year old son who is autistic/adhd. “You can sit outside at the kids table/chairs ”. She made several comments about him touching the plant and flag behind her desk. She was very adamant about him not pulling out any cords several times that it was annoying. She asked why my son was with me and if he was homeschooled implying that he should not be here that he should be at school which is none of her business. Additionally, she tried to rush us through our visit because she said she had an appointment in the next 5 minutes even though I sat outside her empty office for 15 minutes. I just felt rushed and uncomfortable. i forgot my son’s tablet which could have made the experience better but I thought some of the remarks were unnecessary.
My son and I did come back from a field trip and he had gotten dirt on the chair. She made several complaints so when she stepped out of the office, I used a clean baby wipe to dust it off which it did come off.
I filled out a “how was your visit” comment card and give it the manager (I think) she seemed uninterested and placed on the counter and helped another customer.

Excellent customer service, highly recommend this location. Everyone was friendly and Dana who helped us make checking and savings account was very knowledgeable and respectful. Everything was done under 20 - 30 minutes.

I've been with Navy Federal for over 15 years, and the only complaint I've ever had at any branch is wait times, and that probably my fault for always coming in on weekend. Our local branch is always friendly and helpful. I've had my mortgage, car loans, and a personal loan at Navy Fed and they've always been accommodating and patient. When furlough hit because of a Government shutdown, Navy Fed was there, first with overdraft protection and now with their new guaranteed 0% interest late-paycheck loans. Great internet rates and customer support as well. I couldn't be happier, and I'll be a customer for as long as I can reach a branch.

Rudest service I have ever received, I am debating closing all business with them. They were unable to draw cash out for a car purchase and were extremely demeaning about it.

I took my completely correct filled in revocable trust forms in to open a trust account. I am already a customer. They said it would take TWO WEEKS to open an account. Well, I'm practicing patience or I would have hit the roof. Two weeks and it's still not opened. I canceled it. They have no excuse to not immediately open a trust account. I'm looking for another location convenient cu. Location of locust grove, va.

Visiting family in Stafford and stopped by Navy Fed since I don’t have one where I live. Dana assisted me and was very friendly. Hadn’t been in a Navy Fed branch in years! Customer service was excellent and fast.

I came in on a Thursday at 3:15pm requesting a new debit card and I didn't leave till 3:45pm. It usually does not take long for a reprint of a debit card.

Today I went to inside the bank because I need withdraw some money for emergency use. First person who help me was men and 2nd person was Lady i do have her teller Id#51263. I was not happy her customer service, she ask lot of questions and make me feel very uncomfortable. I’m withdrawing my own money and she make me feel so unwelcome and too many questions. When she hand it to my money she didn’t even count for me just hand it to me ask me to count it. What a customer service!! And whole time she make me feel I’m stealing money very very uncomfortable Why is that problem I’m taking out my own money to take out?? Look at me weird act like She don’t understand my English!! I hope no one go through this experience like this. Very disappointed ☹️

Navy Federal has been great to us. I use my account regularly and we have two car loans which they made very easy.
