I was a walk in with a short broken big toe nail. Did it cost $25 to add a bead of acrylic to my large toe to even out length? Was it more that a $20 up charge to add gel service to a to even out length? I'm not sure how we got to this $83 final price ...I didn't want to make a scene at the register so I paid but felt ripped off. My tech, the only man in a salon with 4 employees on Tuesday afternoon on the 14th of May only scrubbed 1 foot, when I asked about the other foot he just shook his head and continued service. I think the poor communication of price and the poor communication regarding needs during service left me feeling...pretty but unheard or worse; scammed. $83 for a gel pedicure with tip +one "nail fix" is that standard in Stafford? It seemed pretty high but I'm new here.

Terrible experience. The staff seemed disinterested, the facilities seemed unsanitary, and my manicure chipped within hours. Definitely won't be returning.

I went after seeing good reviews. I got there and was sat with a man which is fine but this man could not do a good acrylic bead at all. It was runny when he was applying it to my nail and it was bumpy when it dried down. When he was filing my nails, one nail was literally slanted and eventually a lady had to come over and do it. They cut my cuticles to where they were bleeding, and now it's only been 3 days having these acrylics on and they are already lifting at the back. And when checking out I was told 50$ and when I looked at my bank I was charged 60$. Will not return here.

Lina is literally the very best at what she does. The atmosphere is great and all of the nail techs are so kind.

After previous great pedicures at this locations I return .... sadly my normal tech wasn't available and although the lady was nice .... she did the wrong service... didn't even scrub my feet and when I asked if she was going to scrub my feet she said "I already did" and proceeded to point to the DRY scrub ... bc I would at some point like to return to my normal lady I paid for the so called "happy foot service" - moral of the story make sure the tech is clear on the service make sure u ask for the pedicure with a foot scrub ....

This place is a hidden gem! The staff is friendly and skilled, and the service is top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the prices are reasonable. I always leave with beautiful nails and a smile on my face

I went to get a pedicure this evening for my upcoming vacation. I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away. My technician Mai did a phenomenal job!! My toes look fantastic and I love the color. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Sydney is really THAT nail tech. I have never left Sydney's chair feeling disappointed. She clearly cares a lot and always takes the time to ensure my nails look exactly how I want them to look; every detail of the designs I show her is noticed. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Fresh Nails almost for one year and I’ve seen Lina for all my nails work, she is the best she is so good at what she does and addition to that she is very nice and kind, I always looking forward to come and see her! ❤️ recently the shop did a great renovation and it feels so nice and clean!!I definitely recommend this nail shop and specially Lina and Sydney.

This was the worst nail salon ever. After showing her the photo of what I wanted she said she could do it. When she was finished it looked nothing like what I wanted. So she had to re do my toes. She did a manicure and made my fingers bleed. My fingers are still hurting two days later. I hope it doesn't get infected.Services: Pedicure
