He gives good advice and has an answer for whatever questions we come up with. We have used Richard in at least four transactions and our kids have used him in as many as that or more. After a quick convo, he let me know about a promo they were having that beat my APY by .5% and had me meet with Karen. Karen is such a sweetheart! She's incredibly kind, personable & has a great sense of humor. I could have talked to her for hours! She was such a pleasure to work with, got me all squared away with my new account, answered all my questions and left me with zero guesswork.
