My daughter ordered a laptop and it was being shipped through UPS, because we were not home at the time of delivery, the package was re-routed to Mr. Postal. My daughter called this location to see when the package would be available for pick-up as she knows that UPS, Fed Ex, Amazon and USPS are working very long hours and did not want to show up prior to the package arriving and causing unnecessary churn. When she called (I was sitting right there), she was very polite in asking her question. The woman on the other end of the phone was not, short with responses, rude and was told to call back Monday, my daughter repeated back to make sure that she heard her correctly and the woman responded yes and hung up. We did not call back or respond to the rudeness.Two days later, my daughter calls UPS and they confirm the package is now at Mr. Postal and we travelled over. Upon entering the store, as she was walking to the counter, she was rudely informed that she would need to wait as the Customer Service Rep was assisting someone else, when we looked around, we finally saw a man standing off to the side. We again said nothing and stepped aside for her to finish.It was my daughter's turn and she came up to give her name for her package, she was asked when did she receive her notification slip (CR did not ask for the note), she stated Saturday and went to hand the slip to the CR and she rudely stated "I don't need to see that". I reminded myself that it is the holiday's and patience is a virtue. As she started looking through packages, she asked my daughter what the name on the package was, my daughter gave her name and then the CR asked what was in the package (Note: It is none of your business what was ordered), but my daughter informed her, she finds the package and looks at my daughter and says "ID?", she was shown the ID and we proceeded to retrieve or package and leave.I understand that the holidays can be a very stressful time of year, but when you are Customer Service representative for a company, you represent the name on the front of the door as well. The attitude and tone was enough that I will never come to this establishment again.

They said they have notary service on Oct 22, 2021. I drove there and the girl in the front desk said, they don’t provide notary service! It was a waste of my time!

If you’re going to be closed on Saturdays you should really update your Google account. It says you are open 10 AM to 3 PM. After I arrived I saw the sign on the door states “weekends closed.”

5 stars! Friendly staff hat will take care of you. I'm from out of the state and needed to ship a box of stuff back home at the last minute. The 2 ladies working up front were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had a great conversation and I was able to ship out my package with no stress or worries. If you need to ship something out go to Mr. Postal, you won't be disappointed!!

I had to ship a package via DHL for an international parcel and they were able to assist me in every way possible. I had used USPS previously, but they were more expensive and their packages get lost.... A LOT. The package I sent through them was delivered to the right place and on time.

Just wanted to post a thank you for holiday kindness and smart business practice: You went out of your way to help me ship a huge box to Colorado yesterday and find the most ecomocial way to do it. You had compassion for me, a busy, stressed out mom and her tiny (recently potty-trained) kid who HAD to use your personal restroom. You didn't have to be so accommodating at this busy time of year, but the kindness was so appreciated. Happy Holidays to a great local business.

Great customer service however their hours are highly inconvenient. I'd rather my package be delivered elsewhere than their offices cause there is no hope of me ever picking up cause they're never open during a normal working business day.
