I hate going in this store sometimes but this is the only store close to me that sells what I need.They can be very unprofessional! They are kind people but they lack basic customer service expectations.One example: Get off your phone when a customer is asking a question or needs help.Second example: Clear all walkways for customers to shop. Cluttered walkways can lead to fire hazards and falls.Just to mention 2 simple things of many to make the experience better for customers.

Good selection of African foods. Excellent staff and customer service. It's like all good international markets, merchandise stocked to the brim, tight and overflowing aisles. Hopefully, they can expand to a larger nearby location so they can thrive even more.

In the store, the 3 aisles are cluttered, including unpacked bottles of non alcoholic beer. Some of the dried foods don't have a cover over them and the cashier wasn't wearing a face mask - unlike the front door states "No mask No entry" Guess there are different standards for the staff and patrons. Not wearing his mask increases my chance of getting COVID. I agree with others saying it's a health code violation. I drove 6 miles out of my way to see what they had in international foods. Such a disappointment. No organization to where items were and the merchandise looks old, some covered in dust. Yuk!

They have the best customer service. The meat is always fresh and they always have what I need. it is literally different African countries within one store and I love that about their store

Service is always excellent from Darren! Goat meat, hen, tripe, plantains..I mean,, can't complain.. The store usually has all the stuff I need, so I am a happy customer!
