DONT GO HERE! I tried to get a refund because of a lack of a shipping label. The owner said that she would and then in a bipolar fashion owner started on a rant cussing at me and went back on the refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I haven't been to this location in a while but upon returning and seeing a familiar face, Jennifer who has been gone and back a few times, let me know I would receive the best customer service. We chatted for a while about how things are going and she is so genuine in providing the best for the local community. I had something to send via FedEx and it was an easy transaction. I hope to return for another transaction and meet the rest of her staff. Thank you.

I use Mail and Mores service to ship packages to my family that lives in various states, especially during the holiday season. The service if quick and the staff is very friendly. I recommend them to all of my friends.

The two stars is for the associate who was nice the manager/senior associate was rude. Please be advised if you come here you have to have everything done. They don't even scan the QR code, no assistance and they nickel and dime everything. If you can, go somewhere else do so

I will say I'm probably the ideal client for them, so I haven't had any issues other people have run into.I always go here when I need to ship anything too large for me to send from home. The first time I used them I became aware they charge for use of ANY of their packing materials. Even if you have the just retape a box, you will get charged. And I asked them this directly (that's how I found out). So not sure if they'll immediately disclose this when people request packing or retaping.I fully support them charging whatever they need to for use of their materials. They are a private business! Therefore no one should be shocked about getting charged. But instead they should definitely find out how much things are BEFORE they ask to get something packed or taped.Because I know all of this, I make sure my boxes are packed and secured, and all I need to do is get them to mail it. I've even brought my own tape and extra packing materials with me, in case they ever say it's not enough. I've never had any issue with any employee. Not everyone is super 'happy-go-lucky' but I don't mind that b/c less talk gets me out quicker. I don't need to be catered to.It's a small shop but they seem to be equipped to handle most shipping needs. It's conveniently located, they give you all the carrier cost options so you can choose what works for you.

Mail and Moore has never failed me. I just got a paper notarized. It was super easy and the lady was super nice, and I will not hesitate to use them again.

The older woman that works here has very poor customer service and has even tried to deny me placing a secondary pickup person to my account so I had to go a different day when she wasn’t there. She consistently has a bad attitude and should work on that

I came to this establishment to get some paperwork notarized and the owner was rude. She needs better customer service. If someone comes into your place of business, you treat them with respect.

I have used this service with Mail and More on dozens of occasions. The employee there (young lady with blue eyes) even saved us from fraud after attempting to send some motorcycle boots we had sold in Mercari. She explained the amount of fraud that was going on-them using Zelle to defruad. All huge important transactions were made here and we are greatful to them that everything was delivered on time. I highly recommend to go and also build a nice rapport.

I needed to drop off a couple of packages from the office we ship with FedEx, So I stopped by Mail and More because they are a FedEx shipping location. I had already printed the labels, so I just needed a drop off receipt as proof that the packages were in their hands. Guess what they would not or could not give me a drop off receipt. I have dropped off pre labeled packages at a lot of small mail shops from Stafford to Fairfax they are the only ones that I cannot get a drop off receipt from. When I asked FedEx about it, I was told that they should be able to give one. So, if you have package that already has a label on it and you need proof that you handed it to them go see anyone else because they will not give you proof, they you ship it there. I gave then one star because no stars were not an option
