Great apartment complex. Lots of things to do, clean and friendly helpful staff at the main office. Maintenance was done quickly. Really enjoyed my time, would have stayed longer if my job didn’t require me to move.

Anytime I need something fixed, maintenance shows up the same day or the very next. Staff is super friendly and helps you as much as they possibly can. Great location and the small apartments are a decent price for the location. The updates they're making inside and outside of the apartments are very nice as well. The only thing i wish was better was 24/7 pool access to adult residents since the pool is only 5ft deep and a larger fitness room.

Moved here blindly from out of state. We've been here 3 months so far and are very happy. We've made friends here. Maintance is helpful and hard working men. The property is clean and quiet. There must be a life guard to swim which is a bit annoying, and the dog park can lead to some drama with residents at times. That's it. Good place so far ! Affordable .

Over priced for what it is. Neighbors are rude and don't clean up after their pets. Parking is a nightmare at times since people let the visitors take up all the front row parking. Maintenance staff is awesome! Wes is the best guy there.

2 stars because the property is nice. Negative 3 stars because dog feces rule is not enforced; they're everywhere and smell very bad. I won't be referring this place to my colleages moving to Virginia throughout this year.

Living here was great at first. It was quiet, decent neighbors and there are two separate playgrounds to take your children to with lots of walking or running opportunity. Property management WAS nice. But now we have new manager who is flat out rude and communicates in a condescending manner when addressing residents with concerns or complaint . But, only after you move in. There are copious amounts of dog feces found throughout the property which adds for a great scent during the peak of summer and concerns/complaints are only addressed when the issue is a liability to the property. The walls and flooring are super thin and yes you can hear your neighbors conversations and so forth. Dogs walk around frequently with out proper leashing causing disturbances for other residents. Lakewood property staff is a dictatorship. Unless no other choice, secure a mortgage. spending 1400 plus a month is better suited for home owning where you have the ultimate say.

I’m a kayak angler & active duty, and your literally 5-min away from an amazing lake!!! and 20 min from amazing snakehead fishing. These apartments are prime and I love their staff. They have been amazing.

I just moved here and the staff has been beyond helpful. The staff at the office is extremely polite, helpful and friendly. They are beyond welcoming, and when we were shown the places that were available we felt that our walkthrough with Jessica was beyond thorough. She made sure we understood our options and answered all the questions we asked. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.
