“**EDIT** Walked in today to the location and caught the manager who knew nothing about the exchange with his employee who blew me off. Dude seemed absolutely sincere and had the issue fixed in 20 minutes. For that, his service, and his attitude, I'm upping it to four stars. He also seemed pretty incensed about the employee and would have a rather nasty talk with him. Told me to follow up in a week. I still think their call centers are hives of scum and villainy. Go into a store. Grab the boss. It'll save time. ***/END EDIT*** Quite possibly the worst, most apathetic, and ignorant (or dishonest) service I've ever experienced with a carrier. My wife and I were on an international vacation, activated our global travel pass, and made SURE countries where our phones were on were on the pass. At some point, before entering Andorra and after leaving the country, our phones pinged one of their towers WHEN IN SPAIN. I've been trying to get over $700 in charges removed. We did not use our phones in-country. We did not download data in-country. 1) Almost a month ago, the manager of this store was on leave. A rep told me that he's elevate the issue to the manager and they would follow up. Nothing. 2) Called their customer service line, and after 10 minutes of "I don't want to speak with a 'virtual' rep," I finally got someone. They told me the charges would get taken care of. Nothing. 3) I just returned to the store to speak with their manager. The person did not even have the decency or professionalism to get off their ass in the back and assist me. They sent some rep. I want to reiterate: their manager is so worthless that they could not come out to do their job. 4) The rep gave me ANOTHER number which doesn't even cover cellphones. Worthless. 5) Called again the SAME NUMBER that sent me to an overseas callcenter. The virtual "assistant" just hung up on me. Xfinity's service is set up to maximize their ability to ignore customers. In-person staff can talk up a sale, but you'd be more likely to find less frustration with literally any other carrier. Do not activate anything with this deplorable company. Do not do business with a location where a manager cannot even get up off their lazy ass long enough to deal with a rightly furious customer. Worthless.”

She was kind and patient with this old guy who wasn’t familiar with Apples’ new product terms and she walked me through them. She explained how the new product was going to affect my plan exactly. I appreciate the time she spent with me. Great job.”
