I enjoyed my stay on my way up North. It was hidden by a lot of trees but Google Maps knew right where to tell me to turn. The lobby was welcoming and so was the front desk clerk! My room was great! The little kitchen area is so nice, I would consider staying here on longer trips (or checking out other Home2 Suites). The breakfast spread was nice and it was ready before the stated 6 AM time. It was super easy to get back on 95. All said, it was a perfect stay.

Pleasantly surprised. We came for graduation weekend so it was busy but that had no effect on the service we received while here. Staff are wonderful and make sure to make you feel comfortable. Definitely recommending and using this hotel when visiting VA again.
Rooms: The rooms are spotless and exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would say, is they should have a little toothpaste complimentary.
Nearby activities: Very convient location, everything within a decent distance via car. Shopping centers, gas stations, resturants, and next to the highway exit.

Stayed here for a business trip. Our company messed up the reservation but staff did a great job of working to fix the issue.
The rooms are spacious and updated. The hotel has a nice gym and laundry facilities. It is a little off the main thoroughfare so you have to drive a little bit to get to a retail area but it's not terrible.

The staff was so wonderful to me! Spotless rooms (and I’m very picky) and a nice breakfast. Only negative for me, because I’m sensitive to it, was a perfume odor in the room. It dissipated quickly though.
Walkability: Nothing in walking distance, you will need a car
Food & drinks: Coffee was good for a hotel!

Traveling through the state, got hit head on by a tractor trailer who fled the scene on I 95 needed a place to go after spending the day in the trauma unit. Clothes cut off only have scrubs family coming tomorrow to help. So I call the hotel after paying asking for an emergency discount and a late check out. Only the GM can do that ok can she call within the hour as im being discharged by the hospital? Kim calls and lectures me on my "attitude" I'm strapped up to machines lying in a gurney and she is concerned about lecturing me about my attitude
Disgusting
What attitude can one posses strapped to a gurney asking for HELP?

This was a very decent place to stay for an extended work trip. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Shower had great water pressure. I didn't really hear my neighbors too much, even when the hotel was full. One downside is that the parking lot is very dark and the hotel is hard to see from the road. It only has one driveway accessing Route 1 and got a bit congested trying to enter and exit the property a few times. Staff was very pleasant.

First I will say The staff here is so friendly. The hotel is in a spot that is just difficult to locate. At night you easily miss the turn because the intersection is not lit up. Room service is by request only which would be ok if I could get my coffee during breakfast at the lobby. Not sure who makes the coffee available in the breakfast buffet but it is pretty much water. Worst coffee I have ever had, not expected from Hilton, Not much coffee in there. I don’t even drink strong coffee, but colored hot water is not acceptable. So I had to make the coffee in my room. The creamer available in the rooms spreads apart when added to the room coffee cause it is bad, even if replenished by hotel staff, so I had to go down to get creamer from the Buffett. It’s just unnecessary nonsense. The breakfast in the buffet is lacking ask well. Don’t know what is in the eggs, but it doesn’t taste like eggs.

After an unfortunate and unexpected change of plans during our vacation, we ended up needing to book a room last minute, late at night. We were greeted by Adrianna, whom is a supervisor I believe she stated. And she was just the kind and cheerful face we needed to see upon checking in. She explained everything wonderfully, and was so helpful. Both women we met the next morning at the front desk, were just as kind and helpful, unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. And the night we had to leave early, we had Toni checking us out. I can’t quite put into words how incredibly sweet she was to myself and my children. We were dealing with some difficult things, and the way she treated us was far beyond what you’d ever expect from anyone working in hospitality. She was the absolute sweetest woman who put smiles on our faces that we so desperately needed in that moment.
Everything about the hotel was clean and tidy. We have zero complaints about our stay there.
The staff though, the staff can make or break an experience, and the staff we had the pleasure of meeting, were absolutely wonderful. We likely won’t be in the area again anytime soon, but if we happen to be, we will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here a few times while coming to quantico over the last 3 years. Never again. Downgraded from te best breakfast with options , which was the big part of what makes home2 sweet. Bowls, sandwiches, and not just junk, white bagels and wet eggs. 0/5 breakfast from 5/5. Only thing stated was, “we sure used to have em, my no more”. Staff was as friendly as you could expect but has an infant accompanying front desk duty. Nice girl and I support anyone working but, a hospital professional should not have a baby on one arm and stress on the other while trying to deal with customers. The company should help with this or give her other duties . Hilton has lost our business and we’re both members . Frequent stays with many Hilton properties and I’m an industry professional. This facility all around has lost its niche and the common areas in the lounge are filthy. 1/5 because the room was decent and not noisy

On 8/24/2023, my family was awakened by raw sewage coming into my home through a sewer drain in my utility room. My wife, daughter (who has significant special needs) and dog left our home to find a hotel. We were able to check in at Home-2-Suites by Hilton located in Stafford, Va. and were very happy that we were able to bring our family dog with us! The outstanding staff that checked my family in and took care of our every need during our 79 day stay need some positive recognition. The staff definitely should be recognized for their professionalism, kindness and caring during our family emergency. The maintenance professional and the entire housekeeping crew were amazing and always made sure that they responded promptly to any needs that we had. Each and every staff member that we had contact with were professional, courteous and caring. It’s difficult to put into words the outstanding customer service your employees provided to my family during a very difficult time for our family. They made us feel like their family. A sincere job well done and much appreciation to all of your phenomenal staff. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough!
