Joelle was very nice and kind after having an issue with our transaction, however the manage Kate was very rude and had a very poor attitude towards the situation. She also proceeded to have an attitude with the next customer that came in the store. I don’t understand why she had such a terrible attitude.

I went into the store because I needed a gasket scraper that was pneumatically powered. I found one on the shelf as a display model. They did not have any other boxes for sale or in the backstock room. Because they were on clearance and they weren’t going to sell them anymore, however, I still needed an air scraper so I was going to buy the display model, but they would not sell it to me store have a display model of an air scraper that’s on clearance that they’re not going to restock and carry anymore . Now I know why these stores are hurting so much for business because if you’re going in there looking for some common sense, you will not find any.

Great prices and good products. Icon series is a great alternative to the crazy expensive tool trucks and us general and icon tool boxes are just as good as the tool truck ones just a fraction of the price

Wide variety of tool and product choices. Lots of home/shop basics at reasonable prices. Tool quality ranges from ok to good, this store is a great plance to buy and try a new tool, if you use it until it breaks then decide if you need one of higher quality you can buy elsehere.

Good products at a cheap price. I'll head to another location for higher end items especially if they are related to safety. But there is certainly some good stuff here, and the customer service has always been decent.

I got some tools to do my brake job. I ended up getting injured and never could get to the job. I went to return the items and had a hard time getting them in the store since I couldn’t walk to well. I got them inside and asked to process a return. The female stated that my return was denied and I asked why. She stated she didn’t know and gave me a number to call. I had to take everything back outside in the rain and load everything back up. I call the number before leaving the parking lot because I’ve never had this issue and I get told because the rep stated I refused to give my id. I have my wallet with id in my pocket and never was I asked for it. I go back inside with all the tools and let the female rep know that if I told her I was injured before why would she make me go through all this for a simple return. Never did she ask for id or anything. Please learn to do your job. I will not be shopping here ever again.

Pretty much love this place. The employees pretty friendly and helpful but HF's inventory reporting still sucks unanimously. The inventory issue isn't this location but a corporate problem.

Love me some Harbor Freight. Good products at great prices. The McGraw Ultra Quiet compressor line is a gem. Bauer power tool line covers all the bases and the battery packs are a solid value that will not break the bank.

Beware of restock fees. Returned an item that was a wrong item purchased for another item that had a higher cost. The item was returned unopened, unused, and the same way as purchased in the store the previous day. I was still charged a restocking fee.
