frustrated and disappointed in their pharmacy’s unprofessional conduct with medication. It’s a shame because Giant is actually a pleasant place to shop with a nice selection of grocery product. They are a bit on the $$ pricy side but their pharmacy struck me as their biggest business liability. Being able to buy your medications and groceries at the same place not only saves time and gas, but its convenient

Was told by the bakery to pring a digital photo in to have a personalized cake. I showed up at 4pm on 9.12.2023 only to be told that the photo needed to be printed. The person working the bakery was not helpful and not willing to do anything other than say she just started and couldn't do anything. She madevit seem like my presence was a nusiance to her...100٪ do not recommend unfriendly and unorganized

Giant Pharmacy on Worth Ave is excellent. They always work hard to keep me informed. They fill prescriptions in a timely manner and they are alway professional and pleasant. Highly Recommend

I have been shopping here for years and usually don't have any problems with any employees myself. Until now! There is this young man named Nigel. He tends to cuss very loudly in front of customers. I've noticed his rude behavior in front of customers before but always shrugged it off. But now I am fed up with his careless behavior. As I was walking to my car I saw him hit multiple cars with the shopping carts and not pay it any mind like he didn't think there was anything wrong with it. Not to mention he scared me half to death while I was putting my groceries in my trunk, he started shouting obnoxiously. I don't know if he was singing to himself or was on the phone.

I'm tired of smelling bad fish as soon as I walk in to this Stafford VA Giant location. I visited a few days ago and bought cherries and ice cream, among other items. The cherries were sour and wrinkled, not good, I threw them out. The ice cream cones were Blue Bunny and were on sale, 2 boxes of mini cones for $7 but it was impossible to ascertain that they had thawed out in the store freezer and re-frozen which is why they were on sale. The cone part was soggy and soft and the ice cream had frost bite and was awful. The babes noticed and didn't like it. This Giant is good only if you're in a time crunch but most items are typically old, damaged or sub par. The wine and beer section is decent but Safeway is 2 minutes away has much better prices for beer and wine plus a craft beer section and a walk in cooler

Giant is overpriced. Areas were dirty. No discounts for certain customers (military, educators, govt, etc.). A lot of the products were not fresh and were in dire need of replacement. Customer service is mediocre. I've been going to Weis on Garrisonville Road, which has what Giant (and other stores) didn't have. Weis has the discounts (as long as you have such proof, as far as I'm concerned). Weis' customer service is the best in Stafford and has the best bakery, deli, and seafood. Everything is affordable even without such discounts (best to go on weekends when shelves are stocked and the store isn't too crowded, which can save (or allow you to take your) time & money.

I bought groceries tonight and when I was checking out, I was given an offer with my receipt for two dollars off two magazines. I decided it would be a nice treat for myself, and went back through one of the lines to buy my magazine. The young man that checked me out was extremely rude, rang the magazines up twice, and when I mentioned it, said,"I don't know, I don't know how to do this, take it to another lane or customer service." He tossed it back on the line and turned his back on me. I said can you ask so he called, Byron the customer service person who came and was equally as rude. I have never been treated like that in a store before. They were both dismissive, condescending, and acted like I put them out. This to a customer who was went back through the Linda second timers spend additional monies at their store using an offer their store gave me. This treatment warrants a call to corporate and I will never set foot in the store again.

I dont know how this place gets any more than 1 star.They never text to let you know that your meds are ready. They are a bit rude and sound like they think everything they do is great and put blame on everyone else. They are not helpful in any way, and are consistently inconsistent with getting the correct manufacturer’s on a monthly basis. Please help Giant Pharmacy upper management!

Giant is great, most of the time. It is the grocery store I chose to go to most often. They have great deals if you sign up for a membership, which is free. I've never had an issue with the freshness of their produce. I have had an issue with them stocking the shelves. Sometimes I will go in and they'll be low on fruits and vegetables. They offer a good variety of produce, all the basics. Good selection of snacks and also sell things like holiday cards, gift cards, and vitamins. There's pharmacy inside too. I've never used it, but it's their if customers want to pick up medications there.
