The man who runs this store is amazing! We have been in a few times for resizing, ring shopping and today to solder my rings together. Every time we have gone in, he is so kind and helpful and he is very very good at what he does. He is knowledgeable and talented. We will never go anywhere else! Please support this business :)

I moved to VA/ the area earlier this year and was in need of some jewelry/watch repairs. I searched online for a business - based on overall reviews chose to visit Diamond Concepts. Zak was so professional and courteous and honest about what was needed. (Having worked in the jewelry industry I am well versed in these kind of repairs and so pleased to find a reliable place that would conduct their business with integrity). He was also able to complete the repairs while I waited which was great. I would highly recommend Diamond Concepts for any jewelry/watch repair needs for sure!

Wonderful experience. Took my wife's Tiffany & Co. watch here to resize after Tiffany's was unable to resize at their store due to low staff. I tried 2 other jewelers in Fredericksburg who were also unable or unwilling to help. The gentleman here was able to resize the watch in seconds while I waited. Very professional, clearly experienced at his profession.

I took my engagement ring here to have a prong replaced, the stone reset, and a small diamond replaced on the side. I could not be happier with the outcome, Zak also cleaned my ring and has it looking brand new again. I know I can take my other rings here and they will be in great hands! Thank you again for the great work.Sydney

The jeweler fixed a stone that fell out of my ring quickly and charged a very reasonable price for the repair. He also checked the rest of my stones to make sure none of the others were loose and cleaned it too. I am beyond impressed with this jeweler after Jared’s (who had a very rude sales woman) tried to charge me an astronomical amount to do the same job. I will absolutely do business here again, and highly recommend it!

Zak is amazing! Ever since I moved to Stafford last June 2022 he has fixed all my jewelry for the best price or something simple as taking a knot out of my necklace for the cost of nothing. He fixes all my pieces while I wait including my favorite evil eye pendant 3 different times due to the necklace breaking the same exact day. In addition, I never have an appointment always walk-in and he helps me right away. I cannot thank him enough! He has the best pieces of jewelry in his shop!

Zak and Houda are absolutely amazing. Everything I've asked of Zak he's exceeded my expectations. He's the go to jeweler. I trust him with all my jewelry. Best service ever.

February 13, 2023Good evening; I sometimes see posts asking Stafford residents to support the local companies in Stafford. Today, I did just that, only to be taken advantage of and what the company thought was my lack of intelligence. I walked into Diamond Concepts on Garrisonville Rd with a brand-new ring to have a small diamond reset. I have visited this location several times to have small jobs done, such as re-sizing. The owner has always been pleasant, but today was different. My husband and I asked him how much it would be to have a diamond reset. We were told that if he had to add a prong, it would be $200 because the ring was fragile. We agreed, and he proceeded with the job. I asked if I could wait until the job was completed, and the owner said yes. My husband left me there due to a meeting. My husband had been gone for approximately 8-9 minutes. The owner brought me the ring and said he was done. Therefore, it only took him 5 minutes. I was excited because he did not have to add a prong, thinking the price would be drastically reduced. I asked how much, and he said $200. I was floored. What was more alarming was that the owner wanted to know where the ring was purchased and how much we paid. When he learned the ring's price and where it was purchased, I am sure he immediately felt he should charge a ridiculous fee. When my husband returned to pay, he questioned the owner's wife about the price. The wife told us to shop around because the job would cost up to $500 and more at other locations, as if we were uninformed shoppers. When I returned home, I called jewelers in Tyson's Corner and was quoted $65.00 to reset a small diamond. The owner of Diamond Concept was very defensive and followed my husband and I to the car defending his price and comparing himself to a doctor to substantiate his fee, which was totally unprofessional. I realize times are hard for small businesses, but price gouging is unacceptable. I just wanted to give everyone heads up so you will not be Diamond Concept's next victim.

I highly recommend Zak at Diamond Concepts if you need a trustworthy, highly experienced professional jeweler. I had a loose diamond from an online retailer and I didn’t like any of the settings they offered. So I went to Diamond Concepts and showed Zak a picture of what I wanted with a specific band thickness and prong shape and he assured me he could make a custom setting that was exactly what I wanted. You can just look at this man’s hands and tell he is committed to his craft! Well when he showed me the finished product I gasped out loud. Houda who works with him is super helpful too. I’m so happy to support this local business and I couldn’t be happier with my ring. It is exactly what I wanted and I’m glad I didn’t settle for less.

I brought three rings that needed work. They were so very patient with my requests and understood the sentimental importance of each ring. I would recommend them over and over.

I took my broken name necklace for a repair and they quickly repaired it. They suggested I replace the chain to prevent it from breaking again in the future, and they easily changed it within an hour to a thicker 14k gold box chain. Diamond Concepts overall offers high quality and friendly service, 100% recommended!!

Long story short, we wanted to upgrade the stone in my wife's designer engagement ring. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to us when we purchased it, the way it was physically structured prevented changing the main diamond. They were able to custom design a new ring based on the previous ring (essentially visually identical), but now structured such that the main diamond could be readily changed. Absolutely incredible work.

I called and asked if I could get my ring appraised and was told yea and to come into the store. The ring is valued around $8,000-$9,000 (according to the jewelry store is was purchased at). I wanted to have it appraised as the original paperwork is not available. The owner Zak looked at the ring for 1-2 minutes and asked me how much I wanted for it. Never got the appraisal. He shamed the ring and stones and offered me $500.
