Daniella was an invaluable help to my wife and I in our search to purchase a home. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to put home buying on hold and find a home to rent. I worked with Daniella on a home sale in Woodbridge and I can't say enough about her professionalism and communication from start to finish. From the moment her clients were interested in the home and submitted an offer, Daniella made it a priority to let us know what was happening with the inspection and loan process so there were no surprises and the transaction stayed on track and closed on time. She is very resourceful and even referred us to an inspector to help with a fireplace inspection item which could have turned into a stressful and costly situation for all involved. As an agent, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Daniella again and hope to do it again soon!

Excellent Agent to a First Time Homebuyer. After the turn of the market in 2021/2022, finding a house at an affordable price was hard enough, making it through the bidding process was even more difficult. Daniella provided guidance, advice and mentorship as we looked at houses. I trusted that she had my best interests as a buyer, and that she wasn't trying to "Just sell me a house". Communication was clear and often, advice was provided readily and freely and she understood the in and outs of not only home buying but all the additional activities such as the inspections, bargaining, and working with lenders and contractors. Every step of the way I knew that I could ask her questions and she would be able to readily answer them. For anyone that has had troubles purchasing a house, this agent is the one that will bring you to your future happy home.

A friend introduced me to Daniella when I had a bad experience with another realtor. I am so glad she did. Daniella listened to my needs and my budget. When we looked at homes she was sharp on pointing out the pros and cons of each place. During the inspection she helped ask a lot of questions I hadn't thought to ask.
