This location is doomed for failure. I don't think anyone works at this location. The sales floor is always a disaster and the pharmacy staff is clueless. 9 times out of 10, essential medications are never in stock. They won't tell you that though. Everything is always on hold. My last visit they had stock and garbage all over the aisles. I'm disappointed with CVS as a company.

The front cashier was helpful to be very positive and the pharmacy staff were nice I just don't like waiting but that doesnt take away from them over all regardless of what other people say they were all helpful to me.

Every single time I go into this location there is a problem that a) prevents me from getting my medication, and b) should have been at least, if not corrected, communicated to me. I’m done.

I visited store 2129 at 2614 Richmond Hwy in Stafford VA. CVS asked me for a review and I am surprised they would.If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This store looks like a bomb went off and was ravaged by zombies. The workers are never present. They are rude and when you ask for help they act like you requested a kidney. They do not have a work dress code so you hardly can identify workers. I left a script to be filled here once and came back 5 days later and it wasn’t filled, they said they didn’t have my insurance or contact info. I asked for the script back to go else where and it was attached to a sheet of paper with all my information and insurance information. I stupidly went back again a few month later to pick up items and they overcharged me. I brought the items back 2 days later. No one was at the register and when an employee showed up, she told me to use self check out. I explained I wanted to return. She acted like I asked her to go play in traffic and refused to process the return. Even if there was a reason not to do it, she should have attempted. But she down right refused. She identified herself as a manager. Yet, she had no name tag or anything identifying that she actually worked there. I will not return to any CVS. They all are gross, but this one takes the cake on rude workers and unclean/chaotic stores.

This most recent visit the pharmacy seemed extremely put out to help me. I just needed a generic medication that was on the shelf, super easy, but the person that rang me up was so unfriendly. The people that worked back there tonight I think need some baseline politeness training.

Front desk light skin lady with individual braids rude I say hi when I walk in she looks at me and ignores me. Then I check out she to busy on her phone and just whole body language is not welcoming it’s disgusting

Zach has to be one of the worst employees there. I have been in the drive thru and he told other employees not to answer the phone when it was ringing. He has lied to me multiple times this week when I went to go get my medication. He always says oh it will be ready this day and then I go get it and it’s not ready well come to find out the medication has been on back order for 3 weeks!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!
