At first these people are very charming until they get you once they do and you have issues with the car best believe they will do everything possible to ignore your calls or keep you on hold.
A lot of these reviews I see here look like they are fake. Hard to believe anybody would give these people five star.

The process of purchasing a car here was honestly very easy and smooth. The sales person contacted me when I showed interest, and sent me videos of the vehicle. However, the communication with the sales person pretty much stopped once the contract was signed. The car needed to be shipped, they advertise "free shipping" but they lie! They charged my credit card without telling me! Once I received the vehicle, the back-up camera does not work (it worked in the photos & videos), the gas cap door is stuck shut! so it made it really difficult getting gas the first time. The worst part, within 2 weeks of receiving my vehicle one of the belts and alternator broke. I was left on the side of the road! The company provides a limited 6 month warranty w/a $200 deductible. The warranty reads that the belt is covered, however it is actually not covered because fixing the the belt is less than $200. The warranty company will not cover the alternator. So, now I have to pay for the belt, an alternator, a faulty gas cap/door, a back-up camera that doesn't work and to top it off I have an oil leak! Needless to say I am very disappointed in what I received at the end of this purchase.

I originally came in to just look at the inventory but next thing you know I was driving off with a car. Rob, my salesman was very knowledgeable and helped answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Rob and this dealership if you are looking for a car. 10/10 experience!
