    Doctor Amir Alamzedeh is sharp , friendly and cares about his patients . The only things I am not impressed is the refilling process . I had many bad experiences when try to get refills , even I submitted in the patient portal and called the office

    Impossible to get through on the phone to the front desk, You get 20 minutes of canned music and the line goes dead. Repeated it three times with the same result.

    Doctors are great, but had a bad experience trying to get emergency refills for my elderly mother . When I called back to f/u since I had not heard back, the staff on phone couldn’t even find a note with the refill request! Nothing was ever even sent to the doctor sign off on! I’m a nurse and that is highly unacceptable!
