I bought a car here in July of 2024 and was told it was very reliable and had no issues. However upon taking the car to get serviced and an oil change I was informed the vehicle needed new brakes, the oil was majorly over due and multiple common items weren’t changed for 3+ years. I had to take the vehicle to get an emissions before they would issue the registration. I found the communication horrible and after all papers were signed and I had possession of the vehicle a week later they kept calling stating that they messed up the deal. It was a complete mess and I don’t recommend them to anyone else you plan on getting screwed over.

Derrick was very helpful and kind. The only complaint I have is that the offer for our trade was extremely low, so we sold our trade elsewhere. I believe that the price of the vehicle that we purchased was a good deal. The closing rep was willing to work with us and our lender to get the deal closed on a Saturday.

Derrick was my sales person 5 stars from the start he assured me that I will get the vehicle that I wanted I went to Koons of Fredericksburg they sold me a car with electrical issues it took them about a week or more to get my money back and they gave me a hard time. I called and spoke with Derrick. He assured that they will take care of me and they did a beautiful Mercedes-Benz from them with no issues Run great the process was easy 10 out of 10. I recommend them ask for Derrick and Bobby, the manager was excellent

Dishonest owner and salespeople. This dealership think everyone is an idiot I guess You can't drop the price when the price has been the same since you put it on your lot. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't be disingenuous if people see something they like they're probably going to buy it they just don't like when people lie to them.

Thank you Derrick H and Bobby! I love my new car! These guys are great! They made buying a car easy stress free! They were honest and that's hard to find these days...I drove 170 miles to purchase the car I wanted and it was totally worth it! Highly recommended

I’m very glad I made my purchase here at car cloud auto group! I was able to get my vehicle at the selected price without any haggle! The car had no issues after driving it off the lot! They also let you take your time and help you with saving as much money as possible. If you want a nice used car, I would come to car cloud auto group!

Bought a 2013 Nissan Altima with about 89k miles. A month later it's still running well, no issues. Great customer service, very friendly and intelligent guys. Glad I found them, highly recommend.

If 0 was an option I would choose it. The car was totaled and they refuse to pay the warranty money owed to the bank so they pocketed over 2000.00 just think how many others they do this to. They have refused my calls and have set it to go to voicemail every time I call. I hope the bank goes after them for the money owed. I would totally never go to them.

Very friendly and nice to work with. Car was clean. We were given a fair value on our trade in. All dmv items taken care of. Great experience.
