This location is absolutely ridiculous. Second visit in a row that I had 9 am appointments and took more than 15 minutes to be seen.. On top of that of that a non English speaking customer without an appointment was given priority service over me. So much for thinking being a Platinum Honors member and thinking it was any benefit.

Bank of America charges a fee to cash Bank of America checks. So many better options to bank with. Thank God for navy federal.

A few more people like you in a branch makes a huge difference in how a Costomer for greater than 23 years in banking with Bank of America like me will alway stay with Bank of America. Always came to this branch since I opened my account. Everyone is so friendly and helpful specially MD. I specially request to meet him everytime and he greets me with smile face. Answering all the questions with patience. I love his smile. Very positive. My English is not good. He always patient with me. Highly recommended.

I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in my years of going into the Bank of America branch. No one greets you anymore, and everyone is cold and unfriendly. I haven’t been to the branch in about a year and sadly I will never go back. And because of this experience I’m looking into changing banks. The employees that used to be there that were so nice and friendly are all gone. Bank of America you need to do better.The people that were there before us d to make it feel like a small town Bank and they made sure they knew their customers. Now it’s like they don’t care, they don’t know you and they want you in and out as fast as possible. Very sad

I visited this location twice (5/2/23 and 5/5/23). Both times I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and beautiful associate named Josephine. She helped me with all my issues, made suggestions of other services that I may need and stayed with me until all requests were completed. She's great and I definitely recommend this branch to everyone and particularly Josephine. She will get the job done in a professional, courteous manner. Thank you Josephine for helping me accomplish my tasks.

I have been trying to deal with this bank after the death of my father and trying to get his accounts in order I have attempted to call not just this location but all 7 locations within 15 miles of my house and have never once gotten anybody to pick up the phone during business hours. After providing them with the death certificate I was told that they would send me the forms that I needed in the mail and here I am 2 and a 1/2 weeks later with no forms in the mail and unable to reach anybody during business hours.

We there with wife and 2 toddlers ( 2 years and 15 months old ) to notorize our change name applications.Our appt was 11:30am, and we went to the office of the notary lady around 12pm because she was with someone.As a lot of people know, changing the name of your child, the application has 2 parts ; first part filled by the applicant ( myself, the father ) and a second part if there is a person who join the application and in our case it was my wife and mom of the minors.After 5mn checking our 2 application papers and our 2 driver licenses, she said she needs to see her manager ; why a notary will need to see his/her manager for checking 2 driver licenses and 2 papers of applications.......10mn later, she came back saying she can't sign and notorize our applications because THE MINORS ARE NOT THE APPLICANTS !....Even worse, she told us she can notorize the second part ; my wife part, but not the first part . It was like she was recognizing that my wife was their mom but not me as their father.That was the most ridiculous thing I never heard.We drove less than one mile and went to MAIL AND MORE, we signed, was notorized by a lady who has more than 15 years of experience and everything was done in less than 10mn...That branch of BOA, they wasted our time.

Avoid the hard time of filing the information several times to get it right and smooth from the first time .

They closed the drive-through a few years ago which should mean there are more tellers available inside. No. They close at 4pm on Fridays. Not good for those who are not off work at that time.
