Ive visited better locations, the vet was clearly oversaturated with work, employees need to keep the unprofessional chatter behind closed doors. Noone wants a disgruntled vet tech handling their pets, I'd slap someone right out if they inflicted undue harm. Find another job.

They were closed for my appointment. No call, no confirmation, nothing. Super unprofessional no one even called back to reschedule.

Staff is nice, but how they have their appointments set up and the extreme wait times will likely have you going elsewhere.

It's impossible to get an appointment or even get someone to answer the phone at the Stafford, Virginia location. I've been trying for several weeks. I can sometimes get through just to be put on hold and never be taken off hold again. I waited over a hour on hold one time just to see if they would pick up after putting me on hold, and was never able to speak to anyone. Don't buy their Wellness plans. You'll never be able to get an appointment to have your pet seen.

I haven't actually taken my dog for vet care here but they have a scale accessible to Petsmart shoppers (probably not for us but hey, if life's hands ya lemons, am-I right?) so it was nice getting a quick status on my dog's weight. :D

Petsmart's application is worth havingThe particular puppy food I wanted was not available on the shelf.I checked the status on the application and saw the food was available at the warehouse or at the store in the quanity I wanted. I ordered it from the store and was able to pick it up in 2 hours.The application allows you obtain stock status and get the product quickly.A cashier isn't going to go to the back and search for it , check back tomorrow is not helpful.

I've been bringing my dog here for about a year for regular vaccines or ailments. They are always friendly from the front desk to the vets. They explain everything thoroughly and I've never had an issue.

My pet has received good service. It's difficult to get an appointment, I recommend booking months in advance.

Do Not get their Wellness Plan, it is a waste and just a way for them to bind you to getting stuff done through them.They charge close to $400 Just for a xray for your cat.If you no longer have your pet even if the pet passes away you still have to pay the Wellness premium for the entire year.The people that work there atleast the ones i have worked with have been great and this review is not about them.

My mom brung out rabbit who was sick to this vet, Idk what they gave the rabbit or if they injected it to be put down. But when my mom left with the rabbit the rabbit died in the car and she didn't even make it home. She brung the rabbit back and told them that the rabbit was just fine and a lady next to my mom asked her what happened and she rd her the rabbit like died in the car after she left after bringing it to them and a lady comes out And like tells her to come inside with her acting like she was scared other people would hear. Not a good vet. If we didn't bring our rabbit there she would still be alive.

Didn't do what they were paid for. Same with the other petsmart Banfields they are awful just go to an independent vet they are cheaper and actually help your dog instead of taking your money for nothing

Been trying to get an appointment for weeks at various vet places and managed to get this one. Previous vet (at another non-banfield clinic) pat my dog two times and said she had brain problems (heck no). I managed to get an appointment here and I was very very nervous. However they figured out the easy peasy problem with my dog with such care that meant so much to me. My dog is currently doing so much better and I couldn't be more grateful to the team!

What is the purpose of purchasing the OWP when it takes forever for an appointment and please not let it be an emergency. I understand how scheduling goes and knows that it can get very busy. However, there is no plan in effect for emergencies. Totally unacceptable. I will be looking for better options for my dogs.Recommendation: Hire a couple Vets that handles emergencies only and post what constitutes an emergency so that the customers are aware.

The dr.s and staff are professional and friendly. They really care about our furry babies. If I had to nit - pick, I'd like for them to schedule better.
