Lastly, I heard the term QC. Quality control. Once installed the running boards were QC’d to make they were installed right and would work.”

“I bought a car recently from Pohanka Nissan in Stafford. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. When you walk into the dealership, it is clean and feels very inviting. I think that in itself is unique! The moment my daughter and I went in, we were greeted by Jackie Gibbs. She promised she would find the right car for me. She was patient, and so personable. I don't like buying a car because it is always such a long process, but it was a real pleasure to deal with Jackie and the finance manager Mr Kwakye. I know that they both gave me their "best" that day. I left the dealership with my new car and some very important takeaways:
1-I will buy my next car from Jackie and Mr Kwakye.
2- During the process, every employee who walked through or near where we sat, greeted us with a smile and some even offered to get us water if neeeded. I believe they have a great team of workers in every department at Pohanka Nissan and I would not go anywhere else!”

“I go here every year for my state inspection and any other car needs of mine. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I have TONS of other auto shops closer to me but this place is worth the drive. I trust them and everything they say that needs done! They do not push anything! In fact with my latest inspection they only required two new tires but “recommended” all 4. That right there shows they are trust worthy! They get your car in and out but efficient work is done. The guys on the phone are always pleasant to talk to and explain everything in detail and answer questions as needed. “Came here after looking for a Mechanic Shop on a Sunday. I didn't know where to go and most places were closed. I had to replace my belt tensioner and the belt itself. I originally came to Stafford to get it fixed by my Friend's Dad who's a mechanic but he could not take out this lug nut to save his life. I came here because no other shop was open on a Sunday and they received me the minute I came. The first mechanic tried taking it off but gave up in concerns for liability in damages, another guy ( I forgot their names ) had more confidence to solve the issue. He said he didn't normally work on Sundays he was just cleaning up the shop. He had to side drill it out but managed to fix the issue and replaced the belt with the tensioner. I was deeply grateful. They worked as fast as they could and their prices were great! I would drive all the way here because of their experience and competitive prices. Thanks guys!”
“We were looking for a replacement family travel car and decided we would start with Nissan. Often we would drive south on US 1 and see Pohanka Nissan and think maybe we should try there first. “Took my car for an Inspection and emissions in late morning. when I dropped off the car, I said I didn’t need it until the next day, but it was done within a few hours and I got a call and a text to let me know. In addition, the text had a link so I can pay online and also get an invoice for a quick pick up.
They wiped down the car before they put plastic on the steering wheel and seats to protect everyone from Covid. My only complaint was it took a while for them to get the car, because it turned out the attendant didn’t drive a manual shift. ???
I waited quite a bit until he came back to find somebody else to drive it. I took the keys from him when he told me and got my own car, afraid that someone else might be out of practice and tear up my clutch. I guess this is a sign of the times, people just don’t learn to drive on a manual gearbox. To me is just a basic driving skill that everyone should learn.”

After being given the run around by AAA, Eddies dispatcher Christy went out of her way to ensure I was safe & even though I wasn't in their shops territory she handled the call since I was stranded on I95 for over 2.5 hours. “Overall, a decent experience for my oil change. They used the oil I requested and didn't try to upsell me anything, a major pet peeve of mine. My only complaint is that one of the technicians messed up my tire pressure. I had just aired them up myself and they were at 33 in front, 32 in rear per the manufacturer's recommendations, and when I left Jiffy Lube my front right tire was down to 26, front left was slightly higher than it should be, and rear tires were slightly lower. My husband and I have both checked for a nail or other damage in the front right and have not found anything, so at this point, I can only assume the guy inadvertently let air out of that tire. Will edit if I end up finding damage later on. Thankfully I have my own air pump and can fix them myself. Otherwise the techs seem to have done an adequate job.”

I recently had the unfortunate experience of my Tesla's tailgate getting damaged when a truck reversed into it in a parking lot. With no visible license plate to identify the driver, I felt stuck between claiming it through my insurance or finding a trustworthy auto body shop. Thankfully, I found Palace Auto Body and Paint!
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were not only friendly but genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. They took the time to explain the repair process and assured me that I wouldn’t be overcharged, which eased my worries.
When I got my car back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. The tailgate looked as good as new! The pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the top-notch service I received.
