I took my Toyota Highlander 2010 to this shop to have the front bumper painted. Mr. Mario Zuniga, Mr. Andres, Mr. Jaime, Mrs. Maritza, and the young man ( behind the computer and soon father-to-be) treated me with respect and kindness during my visit. Throughout the process, I was kept well-informed and received detailed updates about the work done on my car. This level of communication made me feel involved and reassured about the quality of the service. They even went the extra mile by driving me back and forth to my home.

I had quite the experience.
First of all, I was charged $60 for them to tell me that they couldn’t align my car without a “heavy duty” alignment for $300 as opposed to the normal rate. I had asked for a front end alignment, nowhere did I say I wanted my rear tires touched.
Secondly, I failed inspection due to “right rear brake caliper”. Now, I found this interesting as I had just recently re-installed my calipers, so I went and took a look, and both of the bolts holding my calipers to the rotor were “mysteriously” half bolted in. So I have quite a few questions. If the mechanic noticed this, why not simply take the 4 seconds to tighten them? If they didn’t notice it, why else did they fail? The car doesn’t pull when braking, the piston isn’t leaking, and the pads are perfectly fine. I am not happy. If that caliper shook loose on the road, it would have pulled all of my fluid onto the road making my brakes completely inoperable.

I should've looked out for new places in the area, because this shop does it all!!
Not only are they very friendly, they're incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. They do almost everything. Inspections, body work, detailing, etc.
Go here over other places first. Ask for Eugene.
Also, the pizza place right next to them has pizza slices that are the size of like 3 pieces of pizza for only $2-$3. Great place to stop by while you wait for your car.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place they were very rude and dishonest about what was agreed on. They guy at the front desk and the owner where both stating that I was making things up about what I was told on the phone and overcharged me on replacing my radiator. The radiator was replaced like I asked but they gave me the curtiosy of NOT telling me while they were working with the cooling system where the radiator is located that they found my AC line was broke and was surprised that I was upset that after not having my car for almost 5 days they didnt tell me about my AC not working and quote "should
have known after getting into an accident" what needs to be repaired like I'm a mechanic and can see everything behind the front bumper. I told the rep that I wanted everything fixed so i wouldn't have to come back before agreeing on working with the vehicle but apparently like everything else that was discussed that never happened. Letting an unknowing customer leave in 90 degree days and not telling them btw your AC don't work heading into the summer is just wrong.

This place has me disappointed, I took my van for some not so serious repairs and they charged me very expensively and after my first drive the same fault codes came back and the same problem then I took them to them and they called me what was another problem and they would charge me another large amount of money almost the same as the previous one with all that money I would buy another van I feel scammed I regret having gone to that place I do not recommend it do not go there

Best auto shop I have ever been to. I bought four brand new tires for $1400 from Tire Rack and had them delivered to this location for them to install on my truck. I dropped my truck off at lunch and they said they are a little backed up but will get to it today guaranteed. I went to pick up my truck after work and they were just about to be finished with the installation and alignment when I arrived. I was then brought back for the last tire because it was a factory defect on the tire. They tried everything they could to get the defect fixed without breaking the warranty but could not get it to work. Chris suggested that I call tire rack explain the situation and send them photos of the defect to have the warranty upheld and new tire shipped out. Tire rack initially didn't honor the warranty and blamed Aquia Auto Repair's mechanics for faulty installation. Upon hearing this Chris said let me talk to them, so I came in and called tire rack again and Chris talked to them and expertly handled the situation and they reversed the initial decision and sent out a tire the very next. I have never seen a shop go above and beyond especially when they are busy from open to close and could easily just shrug it off and not assist me. I now recommend this shop to everyone I hear talking about auto repairs. Very reasonably priced, quality work and an honest answer every time. Take your service here and see for yourself.
