I go here every year for my state inspection and any other car needs of mine. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I have TONS of other auto shops closer to me but this place is worth the drive. I trust them and everything they say that needs done! They do not push anything! In fact with my latest inspection they only required two new tires but “recommended” all 4. That right there shows they are trust worthy! They get your car in and out but efficient work is done. The guys on the phone are always pleasant to talk to and explain everything in detail and answer questions as needed. So thank you American Automotive for saving me the worry of “where am I going to take my car for repairs?” Because I will always choose them!! :)

It's always great to find a business that delivers on its promises, especially when it comes to something as important as car safety.
American Automotive Tire Pros went above and beyond for you by quickly acquiring the specific Continental tire I needed (25030ZR20). Their honesty, efficiency, and commitment to customer service are definitely worth commending.
Given my positive experience, they've definitely earned my loyalty! If anyone you know needs tires in the Stafford, Virginia area, I’d highly recommending American Automotive Tire Pros for your needs.

The truth is I tell people that this workshop is not good because we took the truck to them on a Friday afternoon we went camping and it managed the engine well and we took it for inspection and when we went to get it the truck was no longer the same The engine was moving sideways and that's not why we took it and what to do is give up because we were going to talk to the police. Do you think it's a pleasure?

Amazing knowlege from the mechanics and owner of this shop. Ive lived in Stafford for 5 years and been to several overpriced not as knowledgeable service shops. American Tire and Automotive is the ONLY mechanic tire and auto service busness I trust. They are fast, efficent and very reasonably priced.

Have been bringing our cars here for years but recently moved to Maryland so I decided to take my truck to the closest Toyota dealer where they attempted to sell me $500 worth of parts I wasn’t sure I needed. Decided to wait and bring it to American for another (trusted) opinion only to learn I didn’t need anything done. They looked over my vehicle at no cost and explained what they observed while inspecting it. The quality of the services they provide is truly unmatched. The customer service and transparency is honestly worth the commute from Maryland. Will no doubt be a lifetime customer. Thank you all so so much!

Lady at the front desk has a horrible attitude. Cars are stressful as it is, don’t need added aggravation.

My tire kept losing air so I was ready to buy a new tire.But instead of them lying and saying I need to buy a new tire. They were Honest and fix the problem Quickly. If you want honest people to fix your car this is the place!!!!

This is the best place to take your vehicle for everything. I have brought several of my cars and trucks here for over 10 years. I had an urgent issue that needed to be addressed and they were able to squeeze me in. Appreciate everything they do!

This place is not the place to go for good customer service . The representative at the desk was very dismissive and disrespectful. We ended up in an argument because I asked her if my 2 front tires would be put on sometime in the morning vs later in the afternoon . She became frustrated with my questions and then got an attitude. She kept repeating the same phrase but refused to answer my question. At this point the argument became heated, prompting me to ask for my tires back to take my business to another establishment. This business lacks proper customer service and they can’t tell you when they will get to your vehicle.. even if you’re vehicle is next in line at 8:00 am

Great service! I was looking for a place to renew my car’s inspection. Went to 3 different places using Google, but none could take my car after 4 pm or wanted me to drop it off there and pick it up the next day. A gentleman from Jiffy Lube sent me there, they completed my inspection in about 20 minutes without an appointment.
